I used to be a resident in the apartment. When I moved out i was supposed to get reimbursement of about $440. I send reminders over email but no response. The only response i got was the apartment has changed ownership. So they are not responsible for reimbursement I never received any reimbursement, until i told my collegues staying in US to contact the office. After about a year, i receive a meger $50. I dont have any document except some scribble by staff on the final documents, so i am not able to go to the court. So i would advice future resident to be very careful about the financial transaction with this apartment office

first you'll be welcomed b big fat --- roaches, then come the cats and then soon enough come the dead bodies from gunshots. Used to be a great apartment, live there 2yrs, but now thanks to new management;it's a --------.

This Apt used to be good/quiet place a year ago . But now it is not at all safe .

I'm new to the complex and find the building I am in to be quiet. I live next to older people - one who has been there for 5 years!!! By the grace and protection of God all my belongings are secure. The only negative is I believe the management could stand to learn professionalism and courtesy - other than that... Great for the money

high crime and breakins. BAD PLACE to live and worse of all, MANAGEMENT are a bunch of crooks. if you dont want fees, charges just so they can make money! than dont live there they will ruin your credit to get what they want, look at the other posts,,, not good hugh, move somewhere else.

I have been here for nearly 1 year. I believe this locality is not safe. My friends car was broken into last week and CD player was taken. Access control gates donot work and are open.<br><br>Luckily all my current 4 neighbours are good.<br>One time the neighbours were noisy and management evicted them after several complaints from all of us.<br>The gym is not in maintained. Also many directly take dip from gym into swimming pool.. too bad I never use the pool!!<br>

I have personally found the noise level to be quite low! Even on the weekends! I was shocked and relieved! The grounds are adequetly kept, and there are trees!!! Maintanance is a bit back and forth but mostly good!! I feel as safe as I can feel living in any place today, all together, a safe, quiet, comfortable place to live.<br>Thank you staff at Woodborough!!<br>Oh, one thing I would like to have someone from the office actually answer the phone more often, as opposed to my getting the answering service.<br>~Thanks again!!!

The It's a nice place to live review is BS. I haven'y had a lot of problems but The gate never works and I have maintenance out all the time for one reason or another. The noise is bad especially on the weekends. I haven't seen a need for a bullet proof vest but I have seen some questionable people.

This place is not safe at all. If you have children, you should review the crime in this area. Its not safe unless you are wearing a bulletproof vest!

I have been here at Woodborough for 7 months and I really like living here. Since I have been here I can see that the managment staff really cares about all of us. My work orders are completed in a timely manner and the maintenance men take time to check on you when you are just walkin through the beautiful courtyards. We got new gym equiptment and new pool furniture just recently. Managment has implemented activities for us to get to know one another and most of all the grounds are always clean. The gates have never been broken since I've lived here. I would definetly reccommend WB to anyone.
