I just moved in a couple weeks ago & I am very satisfied with my stay here at The Cove. Rebecca, Tiffany, and Breana have been super helpful with any questions or concerns I have had. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone is currently looking for an apartment.

I love the apartment that the young lady was showing me it was very pleasant how she explained everything a little by little and I got the understanding of the whole idea and I love to live here and it's great wonderful place and I love cuz they have an extra room so I can make it as a study so I really appreciate it thank you young lady who helped me out

Very spacious and open apartment, love the floor plan and the area placed! Everything is so close by so that’s very convenient. Staff is friendly and willing to help with any concerns you may have!!!!

We’ve had a great experience so far. Briana has been awesome in working with us to make sure we have all of the correct documents we need to move in. She helped us lock in a lower rate even though we couldn’t move in for 2 weeks. Can’t wait to experience the atmosphere of The Cove.

The Cove is a great place to live from the time that I have lived here so far. The staff are very helpful and all maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. I also enjoy the fact that my neighbors are very nice and helpful, it’s helped make my transition to The Cove a lot easier. I would highly recommend anyone to live here, whether as a first apartment or as a new place to live after moving.

The leasing office employees were extremely responsive, and they made sure my lease was ready in time with a quick turnaround. I love my apartment, I’m in a studio and it was spotless when I moved in and extremely spacious. It’s a gated community, so super safe and a great location for a commute to JSC. I highly recommend!

This place has already been great and we just moved in. This is a great place for a great price, and it’s in a great location. I’m really excited to start my new life here. And the pool area is so nice! There’s a grill and everything!

Tiffany was great ! I love this place . Great amenities and peaceful neighborhood . They also have snacks for the guest and she was very knowledgeable about the community . Thanks for a great time . We are going to love our new apartment .
