Pool is never open!!! Open this 2022 Summer once. It’s hot and we the tenants pay for this amenity and it should be available or decrease our RENT!!!! The elevators are never working the floors are always dirty, trash is always everywhere but the dumpers. Cars are validalized e.g. tires stolen, cars are broken into, 10+ at a time!!. The building manager is horrible and this lets me know how she feels about the occupants. A lot of improvements are needed. Better screening is needed!!! Take pride in the property that you manage and your tenants will do the same. The property once was A grade when managed by pervious manager.

Overall my experience with Canal Place apartments is pretty good! At times, the leasing staff and maintenance crew can be non responsive. However, once they do respond, they are apologetic and make it a point to go above and beyond accommodating any issues that need addressing. The neighborhood however, tends to be a bit messy and disrespectful toward the community rules. The leasing and management are working on installing additional security questions.

Canal Place has been nothing but helpful and informative throughout our apartment search. The employees are beyond helpful and professional especially Christopher. The community and the place are wonderful, couldn't have picked a better residence!

Love this complex! The apartments are spacious, clean and well appointed. The windows in the bedrooms are huge, which I love! For being right in the heart of the city the complex is incredibly quiet, and all of my neighbors are so friendly. The office staff is wonderful, too. I dealt mostly with Christopher during the leasing process and he was amazing--always made sure we were in the loop and went the extra mile. Very happy to be calling Canal Place home and can't imagine wanting to leave any time soon!

I am a first time apartment renter and I could not have picked a better staff to walk me through the process. Karen and Chris are both patient and extremely helpful in answering the many questions that I had. As for the apartments, they are spacious and very clean. I expected the apartments to be noisier but I was pleasantly surprised by what little noise is heard throughout the day from neighbors. Neighbors are friendly and the location is perfect!

After a lot of searching I was referred here by a coworker. The process here wasn't stressful Chris and Karen did everything they could to make sure I was unbothered. I'm very appreciative to them for their kindness and willingness to get me in a home. Convenient location, great neighbors. Love being able to call this place home. Plan to stay here for a while.

Canal Place has been a great place to live! The apartment is clean and the leasing office have great employees! Very respectful, nice and willing to go the extra mile. They have made living here the past 2 years pleasant and I will be renewing my lease next month. Thank you Canal Place!

This is a great apartment complex! It's located just off the freeway and has everything you need within a 5 to 10 minute drive. The apartments are modern, the management is very attentive to the tenants needs and they keep the surrounding areas well maintained. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer apartment complex and management team in the area. We love this place!

After living here for a little over a year I can truly say that this place has been wonderful! The management team at the office are top notch and really do their best to make you feel important and take care of any needs you might have. This place is really a gem for it's location, affordability, and proximity to the Downtown City life. Pros: Downtown Location, close to all sports venues Minute Maid Park, BBVA, Toyota Center. Great restaurants in the are, Top Management Team and very competitive price for its location. Cons: Depends on your tolerance for city noise. This is a great place if you are wanting to live Downtown and take in the City life.

I been living here now 6 months, and it has been great! The people that work in the office are always friendly. I work in downtown, so the drive is really nice. The apartments are not the newest in the area, but you can't beat the price for the area.
