My move in experience at 22Hundred has been smooth and welcoming so far. The leasing team was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. The apartment was clean and ready on time, and any questions I had were answered quickly. I appreciate the clear communication and overall positive atmosphere of the community.

More teaching on parking situatiions my car was towed 2nd day here because i wasnt taught about the reserved parking. And that led my car also other peoples car has been towed before also . That was not good because ive been in someone else spot for two days and i had to learn for myself that there are reserve parking spots.

Living at 22Hundred has been a great experience. The apartments are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the community is quiet and welcoming. The location is very convenient, and the staff is professional and helpful. Overall, it truly feels like home, and I’m happy with my living experience here.

The community is very well kept and maintain staff was very friendly. Great customer service and the unit was in excellent condition. Definitely happy that I chose this place coming from Atlanta Georgia. The area is very convenient and very close to the airport. Leasing application was very easy and once again, the staff was very helpful.

I enjoy meeting the new people. Everyone is friendly and they don't mind having a conversation. This is a welcoming community with get together activities. I've only been here a couple months so I have limited experiences.

The staff are extremely helpful and kind. The property is clean. This is the best complex I have lived in. I even had my mom and grandpa move into a unit here. I do not plan of moving anytime soon. I am very happy.

2200 is a great place to rent and is a good place to call home. It is right on a major highway and is convenient to get anywhere in town. It would be nice if you told me how many characters I had used so far.

Very quiet community and very convenient to the surrounding Houston area. The front staff are amazing and truly open the doors to this community with a great welcome presence. overall enjoying my experience living in this community.

Terrible communication. Bait and switched me without even letting me know which messed up my insurance and internet. Apartment wasn't clean and had a broken blower motor on the hvac unit. Made zero attempt to rectify their deceptive practices and made me feel like it was my fault/issue. I'd never recommend this place.
