Sunblossom Woodlake has beautiful, mature trees all over the property. They have helpful office staff, great maintenance and a convenient location. I think their prices are very competitive with other properties in the area.

Good Experience so far. Pool gym is great. Office staff is very helpful. Feels like you live in nature. Maintenance handle work orders in a timely fashion and very professional as well.I would recommend others to live here.

Now, can still continue living in this community. The current administration look good. they are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful the neighbor community's that living here. I feeling well, as if 9 years hadn't passed.

the complex is quiet now but for 6 or so months there was a woman who used to scream for hours at the top of her lungs, cursing, etc. Literally for hours at a time. Also, it's talking a long time to repair/rebuild the burned apartments in my courtyard. It looks scary and foreboding. I didn't even go to the pool all summer because of it. There's just something very unsettling about seeing them. I did notice someone is working on doing something with them which is a relief!!! Last week 6 male peacocks from the property behind the complex came to gawk over it!!!! They were lookiing at the burned apartments - squawking amongst themselves and I'd never ever seen even 1 peacock in this courtyard before!!!! Very strange but true.
