You don't want to publish my feedback. I live here because of proximity to work. I haven't moved out because I'm too busy. I have nothing else to say and am now typing words to fill this arbitrary character minimum.

New apartment complex close to Buffalo bayou trails, restaurants and public transit that takes you downtown. Outside landscaping is beautiful and the court yards and pool are amazing. Hallways are very clean and quite but need curb appeal and very bland. Parking garage is clean, eztag to enter is convenient, however there are way to many speed bumps. You get a lot for what you pay here, location / new amenities / upgraded kitchen. Staff very friendly!

Amazing staff! Friendly and respond quickly! Even the maintenance staff has been great! I'm very glad I decided to live in this community Clean and gorgeous apartment :) Community is well taken care of. Apartments are built for function as well as being beautiful

MHV is a great place to live! I just moved in & the people here are wonderful & so helpful in every aspect! The property is clean & i feel very safe in my apartment home! I would recommend it to anyone!

Terrible building. We were forced to move out due to a centipede infestation. We thought we had resolved the issue with the leasing office and then with Avalon. Now we are told we owe a termination fee which was sent to a debt collector even though we were told it was resolved. This is the worst place ever and Avalon is the absolute worse apartment company I have ever dealt with. Avoid like the plague. See photos for 80+ centipedes on balcony after one night and 16 dead centipedes under our bed frame.

I truly am surprised to see all the negative reviews on the Internet for Memorial Heights Villages. The entire staff, from the leasing office to the maintenance crew, are extremely helpful and friendly. The interiors of the units are in my opinion nicer than most in the area within similar price points. I absolutely would renew if we don't end up purchasing a home.

While the complex is nice, the staff does not conduct themselves in a manor attributable with luxury living as they suggest. There are many other apartment options in the area and this complex has yet to prove it exceeds the alternatives.

This complex is in a great location and has a cool 1 bedroom layout with a loft. It offers great access to the parks, restaurants, and bars in the area. However, the hours for the amenities are very bad and are never open when residents need or want to use them. They are overly serious about the parking garage and constantly tow cars. Honestly it is probably a little expensive for what you really get.

I chose this complex because the leasing staff went out of their way to return my calls, show me multiple apartments and seemed to really want me in their community. Now that I live here, I also have been very pleased with the maintenance team who resolve issues promptly and go out of their way to assist me whether it is hanging a picture or changing a light bulb they go the extra mile.
