I moved here for the price. It is the most affordable for me at this time and I wanted to stay in my neighborhood. This is an older complex so there are issues with some things that have not been updated in years. This is to be expected. Also, it is right on the beltway 8 feeder road, so if you are near the front of the complex, do not expect it to be completely quiet. For me, I lived on a busy street prior to moving here so traffic noise doesn't disturb me per se, but this is traffic on steroids, so be prepared. At this point it is white noise. My apartment that I am in has new flooring, new carpet and all new appliances. I find the one bedroom with W/D connection to be quiet spacious. The bedroom is a nice size with a walk-in closet, and also has a smaller closet which is quite nice. For a single person such as my self, the space is perfect. The office staff tries to do whatever they can within their power to make you feel at home. Even if they can't, at least they are easy to deal with and most pleasant every time I have encountered them. If you are looking for perfection in an apartment, that is not here. Even the grounds are old, but they do their best to maintain them. If you are looking for an office staff that is responsive and pleasant, you will most certainly get that here. Lastly, they let you fix up your balcony or front patio (if you are downstairs) any way you want as long as it is nice. I haven't gotten to mine yet since I have not been here long, but it is my final project. For the price, since Houston apartments have gone crazy with raising rents to ridiculous levels, this complex is worth the look.

The rental process is fast and alway give you time to think about your future residence. The community is safe, quiet y close by to shopping center and school. Dog friendly and lots of green areas for a perfect walk.

I enjoy living in this community. It is basically quiet and close to church, school and shopping and medical needs. The management is responsive to needs and the maintenance staff is very skilled and professional. We have a gym which few complexes offer.

It was a wonderful experience Patricia was very helpful and all my answers were completely answered I'm just waiting for the results on my application for the apartment it was a pleasure to come there I enjoy the view the atmosphere and everything about it

Quiet, friendly, well kept community. Right off the beltway so there's easy access to get to the places you need.. only issue I have is there's no rear entrance. I have to go up the beltway go past my apartment so that I'm able to make a u-turn to get to the property

Affordable rates, payment options for the average budget. Community property was well maintained,valet trash pick up. Gym and Coffee bar.I can't wait to call this community home. My work and friends and family, shopping and dining options galore.

I love the maintenance team, they are truly amazing. The office staff is very courteous and helpful. There are a few things that need to be addressed such as some renters putting their trash out over the weekend and leaving it there knowing it doesn't get picked up until Sunday night and not picking up after their dogs!

this place have potential, need works. Need to work on the details and will rise. The management are very profesional, the assistance manager very profesional, the front office employee, very helpfull.
