Everything went well my door is my concern the leasing agent Maria was very kind and professional and made my move in experience great. However I've explained my front door repeatedly to the residence office and they have not followed up with me about my front door.

Noise - everywhere, stepping hard from upstairs, dogs, squirrel, children scream, music movie grounds - looks okay inside-outside, can't afford upgraded and can't complain. Safety - most of the parking space is empty but hold to charge residents, can't find any free parking after 9 pm, security sits in the car and occupies one of the space to tell residents to park outside or across the street. Neighborhood - convenient just not safe. Maintenance - reported animal (maybe squirrel or mouse) running sound above the ceiling, and got email resolved, and squirrel or mouse still inside the wall and ceiling running and drilling every day. Staff - except the one showed me the apt, everyone seems unhappy and ignore me, and there's one looked angry at me all the time, scared to go in the office. There're a lot of extra fees: service fee, pest, water, sewer, 2 trash fee, smart home service. I just paid $160 extra after rent.

So far everything is good. Although there few security issues but overall the experience was nice. The resident service app doesn't work properly but the service provided so far is good and on time. There are issues with Rentcafe app though. Keeps on showing some fine amount.

I feel this property like home. The location it's very convenience. My kids love to go out and play with others kids here. So far we have a really good experience. We are so grateful with Daisy (leasing staff). She helped and showed me the best apartment option for me and my family. If you are looking a safe place to live with kids, definitely this is a good option.

It's a nice place, the area is very quite and safe. Easy to get around. When I moved in there was some issues I reported to the leasing office and yet nobody fixed it. I really like the community but the leasing staffs are not doing their job right.

Staff is awesome. I feel safe in this community. Lots of diverse ethnicities live here peacefully. Excellent amenities. The resident events are a major plus. i look forward to living here for a long time.

-----, who was my leasing agent, is a incredibly patient and sweet person. She was thoroughly informative while very kind and always wearing a smile. No matter how many doubts or questions, I may have had, she was there to help me a whole bunch. In terms of the property, it is a wonderful place, very peaceful, community. I am happy to call this place my home for several years to come

It is a good complex, but there are some notes about, for example, where there is a racist population where a ------ woman was attacked by a -------- girl, where the -------- released her dog towards the ------ lady and the administration did not do anything to limit such abuses. There is a delay by the worker in responding to some matters related to the apartment.
