Went to VISIT MY COUSIN TO HELP MOVE IN, planned to used the grill & asked the ladies for more propane!!! I was then met with no response and heads in the phone and was told to figure it out myself!!! Went to check the propane and ask people at the pool to help. And then saw the propane was emptied went back inside to inform the people that there is no propane and then— was met with a smart comment so I walked off and closed the door leading to an entrance and was followed by a leasing agent named Emily who started screaming what apartment I’m coming from and claimed I was being a disturbance, which I wasn’t never did I curse at those ladies nor threatened them but I was cursed at and threatened by Christian “who stated I had 2.5 seconds to move or find out” who also stated they will impose a fee on the tenant who I was visiting, and when I asked to clarify how I was being a disturbance they slammed the door in my face— 2 days later after the incident pass I was followed and they have been harassing the tenants about someone who does not live there and trying to impose a fake fee and trespassing on someone maybe because I’m “gay” they are very rude and unprofessional in this leasing office they had 6 people sitting in a lobby and did not attend, to a request, and I was met with near violence. Of course co workers are going to stick together and try to make it seem as if they aren’t a problem or guests or tenants make up lies about them but there are literally multiple reviews on these ladies attitudes despite good ones, it’s crazy I never knew it was a crime for a tenant to have a guest. And if I was a disturbance? Why hasn’t any other guest reported a disturbance . I will be reaching out to your actual property manager because we can review the cameras and you can see I politely ask them could they help me and they followed me and were yelling at ME!

Do NOT live here! My car was vandalized in the parking garage and the management has been completely useless. If you read the other reviews here, you'll see that they ask you to email the manager. Well I did and have not had a response back in almost 2 weeks. I've come in person to talk to her 3 times and each time she has not been in the office or available to talk to me. Cars are probably unsafe because the gates never work. Whatever software they used to power the gates crashes at the slightest hint of rain. I have been caught behind the gates when they wont open and some poor maintenance guy has to be called to open them. So their solution to this is to leave the gates open all of the time and now our cars get their tires stolen and windows smashed. Not only is your car not safe here, but there is dog poop everywhere. I may be one of the only residents who has doggie bags, cause the poop isn't just in the grass surrounding the property, but in the parking garage and hallways of the complex. I lived here for 2 years. The first year it was called Marq on Voss and that management company did a great job. But about 8 months in they sold it to the Morgan group who renamed it Caroline on Voss. Ever since then, things have gone downhill. Had I had known it would be this bad when they sold the complex, I would have never renewed my lease. This has been a year from hell and I am glad that I will finally be leaving this place.

As you can see below, customer service has responded with an email the manager note. Well I did. 8 days ago I sent an email with my concerns and I have not received any response. Not only that, but I have physically come into the office 3 times, during business hours and have been told the manager was not here or was not available to talk. This place is trash. My rating should actually be a 1 star, but the maintenance staff are actually fine and I didn't want to short the stars for the terrible management. EDIT: This maternity leave line is crap. The three times I have been there it has been 1. The manager has not arrived to work yet 2. The manager stepped out and we don't know when she'll be back in. 3. The manager is in a meeting. Are you telling me that Vanique Spence is a temporary manager then?

This property gets worse every month! The pool has green green for two months to the point the health department has shut it down! The elevator has also been broken for over two months and no sympathy or help for this of us with disabilities! Gates have been broken, so much theft and car break ins make it uneasy parking your car in your own home. Took 2 1/2 weeks to get a maintenance request taken care of. Management has lost control and communication I nearly impossible! They will not credit any amenity fees or give help. I am counting down the seconds until I'm able to move out of here! DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! No elevator for anyone moving in either so good luck if you did sign a lease and have to move in soon.

Current resident...conditions are terrible and management is negligent in their supervision of the property...apartment has mold damage from plumbing issues and the complex refuses to fix anything. This is not a luxury complex and has not been for a few years. Avoid renting here if you have any expectation of good service or cleanliness.

I have been living here for over 1.5 years and just renewed my lease for another 15 months. the building is quiet, the amenities are always clean and easy to access. the leasing office are always helpful and respond quickly. Maintenance team is always around and respond to tickets quickly. Destiney the assistant manager is wonderful and always with a big smile on her face.

Caroline on Voss is a very nice place with a hospitable staff. writing this because the last newest review is about an isolated incident and does not reflect my time here! (a low review) I love the location, the style of the building and the staff is wonderful

Robbed at gunpoint in parking garage on 5th floor by guy in what appeared to be possibly a security uniform and ski mask. Sometimes there is security at the gate most of the times there isn’t. Called “on site security” as well as cops right after being robbed and only the cops showed up, no apartment security ever arrived. Not safe, even if security was there they don’t do much but monitor who comes in the gate which isn’t helpful if no one is patrolling the actual property. Lived here for 6 months and it’s very scary coming home at night in the parking garages. If your living alone wouldn’t recommend at all.

I would like to personally thank Grey and Paige the most. They are very understanding and awesome. They both go far and beyond with customer service. Grey, goes out of his way to personally clean the halls of thee apartment establishment which I no isn't in his job description. Paige, wants to help and get to the bottom of the problem so she may assist within her power and if she can't she makes sure to get the information from the person whom may. Somethings are currently out of our control yet with the things they may help with I personal feel they do their absolute best. Marq on Voss has been good to me and I truly appreciate the entire staff at Marq on Voss. May God bless all of you and please stay safe. Peace

Staff are really nice and practical ! Everything is professional. Clean and quiet, customer service always on time. It's humble and calm to live in here. I moved from Augusta Apartment building. To compare with the Marq on Voss, the Augusta Apartment's manager and staff always changed, they lack of educates and their service are really unprofessional. The Augusta Apartment building always need to be maintained, inconvenient. I feel much much better to live in Marq on Voss!
