Building is old and dated. Hallways are always hot and parking is a mess here. All the double glass doors to garage floors need to be repaired the handles and bottom paths are falling apart. New modern equipment needs to be put in and good security cameras.

The front entry doors to the building are not properly closing. Neither do the magnetic locks secure the doors at 9pm as required. Lastly, the building is often too accessible to strangers that can "piggyback" in the elevator to other floors. The elevator fob system should only permit one floor per fob to prevent this.

I’ve been here a few times weeks and enjoy living here. The grounds are kept clean, the staff is excellent! I moved from Upper Kirby so I do feel this neighborhood isn’t as convenient to walk to places.

Great place to live. The only downside are the elevator a water pipe breakages. The community is great and there are monthly events. And the staff are very helpful and views are also a great bonus!

2929 Weslayan has very professional and flexible management team. Maintains good community spirit, addresses any issues quickly. Maintenance is quick and professional, clean, requests are addressed the same day
