Est?n en una buena ?rea est?n bonitos pero son un. Poco seguros ya ?vido robos en la unidad nos falta mas personal no hay Nadie en la oficina tampoco tenemos quien aga el mantenimiento las personas de mantenimiento son de la otra propiedad y no les gusta venir a esta a trabajar porq esta lejos de su casa

I love to live here. It is an small community . I communicate very nice and I get alone with all my neighbors. Special with the ones from building 2, 3 and some of 4. When I started to live here the community was very good maintain but now. Falls short of expectations or leaves much to be desired

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito rodeado de naturaleza, con buenos vecinos y un personal de oficina amable y atentos a tus necesidades y un mantenimiento que resuelve todos tus problemas r?pido. Creo que me quedar? aqu? por mucho tiempo

I love the move my only thing is that it isn't really no one really ever at the office when you need them to be The apartments are beautiful quiet but I just feel a lack of communication here I still haven't gotten my mail key and it's been a weeek so far

When I first moved into this apartment complex I was in apartment 303 and it had roaches but I transferred to a different building and now I'm in Apartment 102 and it is much better very nice very clean and very nice people

I was in the middle of cooking dinner, when a big spark came from the right front electric burner and scared the bejesus out of me. I immediately turned the stove off and put in a work order request . I was nicely surprised when the maintenance technician showed up the next day and replaced the broken burner and had me back in business! He also took the time to replace the front door know that needed fixing! Once again Mr. Danny saves the day! Thank you! Very appreciative of a job well done!!!

Great community , cooperative,quiet environment, good to live and grow up the children, liked Also like to say the management is well responsive and active as Wish them be more active in the office at the apartment complex .

I really have nothing to say just that these apts has Changed a lot and not for the better from when I first moved in here they used to clean your carpet when you renew your lease and they want you to do it your self and they have always had everyone had there on parking car spot and now people park were ever they want because you can't see what's going on at night

Quiet place to live located just off of 1960. There are lots of businesses and restaurants nearby and access to both main highways as well as the beltway. Nice central location which provides an easy commute around the city

Mostly good... depending on the management contact. At one time there were security cameras, but they were removed. A permanent manaiger was on property, but is no longer the case. This property deserves more attention.
