--------------- was my leasing agent for my recent decision to renew my lease. We were looking to upgrade from a one to a two bedroom, which ended up being rather competitive as the units don't stay on the market for long. This required timely and efficient communication from Rachel, which she readily provided. This will be my third consecutive lease at this complex. Leasing agents have come and gone throughout my stay, but Rachel has consistently been a reliable and accountable resource. We appreciate your time and effort.

I have loved living here over the past year. The staff is always there to help me with any questions or issues I might be having. Everyone is super friendly!! The location is great and super close to anything and everything you desire, including tons of restaurants that are walking distance. Despite being located inside the loop, it is a very quiet and peaceful complex. Most importantly the staff is great and really make you feel like a priority. Rachel is around at all times of the day to help answer or get issues resolved in a timely manner. The staff's hospitality is incredible and they always greet you by name and actually care about your well being. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment!

The location is great. Close to lots of food places and the movies. It's a quick drive to the Galleria. The pool is always kept nice and clean. The parties are fun. The gym is perfect for an apartment. You can hit all the major workouts you need. If there is ever a problem in there, they fix it. I would recommend this place to other people.

I moved from Midtown right in the middle of bar district to this apartment complex because it was away from the noise and I was hoping it would be quieter, cleaner, and overall better. Nope. For starters, our apartment was not in great shape when we got it, office staff isn't very nice, very sassy and unaccommodating. They often forget to check in packages for us when they say that they will check it out because the ipad isn't working or they are still processing packages or whatever it may causing me to get repeat text alerts to pick up packages that I have already picked up. There have been break ins into apartments, the car gates frequently do not work forcing them to be open, which allows in nonresidents, there is some sort of little crotch rocket gang that congregates on the top floor of the garage or in the garage like we're in a fast and furious movie. The pool started getting destroyed so to fix the issue they made us get wristbands from the office to monitor the pool. I just stopped going because of the hassle of the situation. There was a shattered glass door that leads to the garage because that makes me feel safe, and the valet trash is always late or at times won't even get picked up. I should have just stayed in Midtown where at least I figured there would be drunken college kids littering, being loud, and breaking into things in a more prime location instead of this place.

I originally posted a review here, but it has since been taken down, probably because it was negative, so I'll just post another one to further emphasize my point and update my old one. The staff here are completely incompetent. The manager changes every 3 months or so. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she didn't work here anymore. When I met that manager, she had only started a few months ago. The leasing agents keep changing and no one knows any set of standards or protocols, and they just don't care or are just that incompetent. Upon signing my lease, the aforementioned manager promised me new cabinets in 6-8 weeks; it's been 5 months. Since the manager changed, I doubt I'll be hearing about those anytime soon. Any maintenance requests take at least 4 days to be addressed. When I called the leasing office with my maintenance issue, no one took note of it and said it would be fixed soon. It's been 6 days, and I had to call again with no progress being made. Imagine if it were an emergency, I would have to wait days while my apartment flooded. This is a large complex but there are only 2 or 3 maintenance workers. I was given some ridiculous excuse about why they couldn't fix my issue. They told me there were other emergencies that had to be fixed and that they would get to mine once they were attended to. Then when I called the second time, they told me that no one even wrote down or recorded my issue in the first place. The shower runs out of hot water, so you have to time your showers when there is hot water available. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear people walking in the hallway and the people upstairs, but that's the ceiling/floor. This place is overpriced for what it is, and there are newer, better complexes nearby. I cannot wait to get out of this lease.

I love the management here. David and Shannon are wonderful, accommodating, and always on top of things. The grounds and location are great, but none of that matters if the management is poor, so I really appreciate the job they do, as well as the other staff. I highly recommend this property.

I have been living at 33 Thirty Three for the last 3 years. This past weekend my AC went out right before the Memorial Day holiday. The Houston heat is no joke and for my AC to be out before a holiday weekend was frustrating. However, Shannon, our Property Manger and Jose in Maintenance were PHENOMENAL in making it a priority that my issue was resolved. I came home Friday after work and of course after work hours to a very hot apartment (80degress to be exact). I made one call to the emergency maintenance line and Shannon quickly made my issue, her issue. I was provided a temporary AC unit AND not only did Shannon offer me an available suite on property, but she personally delivered the keys to me. Saturday morning at 9am, Jose with maintenance was knocking on my apartment door ready to fix the problem. My AC was back and running in no time thanks to the attention and care the 33 Thirty Three team had. They helped turn a rough situation into an incredibly comfortable one. Truly phenomenal customer service. It reassures me that living at 33 Thirty Three is a true community with management that truly cares about their residents.

This is one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in. The apartment itself is spacious, and the location (inside the loop, near the Galleria, w/ quick access to downtown Houston) is great. The manager, Shannon, has been great to work with, and the maintenance folks are top notch also.
