Great community team players very responsive no problems I have had with the community I will be renewing my lease here on this property I do recommend the columns of Westchase as your next home!!!!!!

Diamond was very helpful and patience! The Columns is a very nice, and in a convenience location. The service from The Columns was very good, the apartments there rented fast. When I was there for an hour, two of my preferred were rented out in front of me!

I just moved in, but the area is very nice and the staff seems very friendly. All of the residents so far have been very kind and understanding no has gotten mad if we accidentally blocked someone's car while moving my stuff up the stairs.

So far pretty good, Diamond was great , community is good too , maintenance can be better though. But everything else is good . Diamond was nice and thoughtful and the community is quiet and clean so yeah

I had a great experience with the Leasing Specialist at Columns at Westchase. She was great at not only explaining, in detail, everything about the apartments, but listening and anwering my questions. I loved the leasing office, it was decorated beautifully and made me feel at home. The apartment looked super clean, the layout was perfect for me and the extra bonus was an attached one car garage!

Overall good community and apartments. Just as of now the rent/value ratio is a bit high. Apartment has almost all the amenities required but the quality can be improved for the rent. Good location for food, groceries, parks.

Nice property?! The location is wonderful. Accessible to the tolls and every highway within the city of Houston. Rental prices are attainable not too pricey. Plenty of space in the apartments. Pool is nice as well.

My experience has been stress-free , the community is beautiful and the staff is amazing shout out to Diamond and Matt for making sure my move in was successful. They like Magic and Jordan if you ask me. Loving my new home

We just moved in last week, so far everything is great! I was worry about parking situation at night since I come home late from work every night, I always find a spot! Quiet community and all unit come with full size washer and dryer??

MY experience was Great the Leasing Agent was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. I'm considering leasing in this community.The area is West of Houston very quite. I would like to see more equipment in the Exercise center. Otherwise the pool area appears to be very well kept
