I wouldn't sign a lease here. Within a month, two different cars had their tires stolen. The manager doesn't send out notices when theft occurs, so residents are left in the dark. Dog poop is everywhere and I have seen other residents leave their dogs on the porch for HOURS at a time, in 30 degree weather, but office staff does nothing. It's in our lease that dogs shouldn't be left outside. The leasing office likes to put band aid's on problems instead of actually fixing/ solving a problem. I would give the safety of the apartment a 0 star if I could. I would also give staff 0 stars if I could.

Ms. Josephine takes the time to attend to residents, proactive and positive attitude! We all love her and her sense of humor. Ms. Paloma is positive, proactive and patience with community. My son and I love living here. Which I did not think I would say about an Apartment. Best regards,

I have enjoyed living in the community. My daughter was on the swim team. So she had access to the pool to practice. My son is on the tennis team. He had access to the community gym s d nearby tennis courts.

Lived in the community since December 2018 and have never had any concerns or issues. Office staff is always friendly and the maintenance team has quick responses and always friendly and helpful. Ive lived in two different units and was provided a smooth transition. Great, quiet place to live. I do not have any complaints.

I moved to Houston from North Carolina to attend graduate school. I first moved to a different apartment complex but the experience was so horrible that I had to leave within the first 10 days. The first place I toured was The Reserve at Garden Oaks. The staff was SO helpful and understanding. Paloma is worth her weight in gold and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. I toured that day and was able to move in the very next morning. When I toured the apartment, I asked if they could fix one or two simple things and everything was done perfectly by the time I moved in the next morning. Every maintenance request has been filled within the 48 hours at most. It is clean and quiet with fantastic amenities. They also have valet trash with is a definite plus if you end up working long hours like I do. Do yourself a favor and come check the Reserve at Garden Oaks.
