Horrible place. I think sleeping in your car would be quieter (years long construction and toxic smells to go with construction with no rent discounts and telling you its nearly complete at signing). Office staff is horrible. They truly dont care. You walk out of the office feeling defeated and belittled. They really just dont care.

I’ve been a resident here for six months, and I honestly cannot wait for my lease to end. The only redeeming thing about this complex is the concierge and maintenance staff — they’re professional and helpful, even though management clearly isn’t. I recently had an air quality test done in my apartment, and the results showed elevated mold levels. The test was done out of my own pocket because per the leasing office, "if I wish to conduct a mold test, I need to do so at my own expense." I immediately notified the leasing office and sent them the report, but no one has responded. I even left a voicemail with corporate and still haven’t heard back. Ignoring documented mold concerns is not only irresponsible — it’s a potential violation of local health and housing codes, which require landlords to maintain a safe and habitable living environment free of mold and air quality hazards. Meanwhile, the “short-term” renovations that were supposed to take just a few weeks have now dragged on for over six months, with zero transparency or updates. To make matters worse, the gym equipment is almost always broken, yet we’re still charged $50 every month in amenity fees for services that are barely usable. Between the ignored health concerns, ongoing construction, and broken amenities, this property feels completely mismanaged. Until corporate takes responsibility and fixes these issues, I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere.

Living at Camden Highland Village has been a great experience. Management is responsive - special thanks to Alejandro for helping with my lease and renewal. The maintenance team is professional, the community is clean and quiet, and the location is perfect. I toured many places before, and I am glad I chose this one!

When searching for a new place to live, I decided to look near my job and discovered this hidden treasure (Camden Highland Village). I met with Alejandro and the rest is history. He is the best leasing consultant on this side of the planet. From start to finish he made my experience one for the books. He is very knowledgeable, and his personality is fire. The rest of the staff is amazing also (leasing staff and maintenance)! I am pleased with my residence, the area, the atmosphere of the complex, etc. You will not be disappointed. :-)

Deciding where to live can be a daunting decision, but Camden has helped make it easy particularly Alejandro who offers first-class assistance and support from the first visit to the day you arrive and of course the experience of living here. Fully recommended!!!!!

The exterior of Camden Highland Village is impressive, and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Some of the amenities within the building are also appealing. However, beyond these points, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Let’s start with the leasing office. They’re very helpful during the move-in process, but once you’re settled, it feels like you're forgotten. Communication becomes a challenge, and it's difficult to reach anyone for assistance. This was my first major red flag. As for the concierge service, some staff members are friendly, but overall, they could show more genuine care and attentiveness. Now, about the "technology." The complex uses the Chirp app for nearly everything, and it’s incredibly frustrating. The Terrace building still uses key fobs, but for everyone else, the app is unreliable. If not for the option to use a pin to access units, the app would be an absolute headache, with frequent connection issues and delays. Regarding the building itself, the insulation and foundation are disappointing, especially considering the rent prices. I can hear every conversation, sneeze, cough, and toilet flush from neighboring apartments. Despite reading reviews before moving in, I didn’t expect it to be as bad as others described. The insulation is poor at best, and it feels like the apartment’s exterior is designed to resemble something upscale, but the interior quality falls far short. The noise issues make it feel more like a low-budget apartment complex than what was promised. To make matters worse, security feels lacking. Within my first two weeks, I received notifications about a forced break-in, which raises serious concerns. Guests are required to check in with the concierge and use key fobs to access the building, yet security seems to be inadequate. In conclusion, I’m extremely disappointed with Camden Highland Village. The amenities may be its only redeeming feature, but the poor communication, lack of insulation, unreliable technology, and security issues make it not worth the price. I truly regret choosing this place and wish I had looked elsewhere.

I was very sick last month and could not leave my apartment. My pharmacy was unable to deliver the special medicine I needed. The staff in the leasing office did not hesitate to help. Many thanks to them, and a special shoutout to Lydia Quintero who stepped up on the day to help me. Recovery has been slow but thankfully I’m starting to feel better. Thank you all again.

Came back from a two week vacation to find my AC not working. After a few minutes of my online service request Gerardo surprised me at my door to come a figure out the issue. He took care of this really fast ! Thanks for the quick response on a Sunday afternoon!

Gerardo came on a Saturday night to fix our fridge. He did an amazing job. We are really thankful. And he committed to come at the next day to Check that everything will be working fine. Amazing service and work

Maintenance responded to my air conditioning (AC) request, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed and cool in my place within an hour or so. Kudos to Gerardo for his prompt response and help. Thank you!
