My wife and I have been Camden Heights residents for the past 3.5 years and have never had a major negative experience here. Sure, some of your standard maintenance items that are inevitable in an apartment complex, but the team has always been swift to resolve. We feel we've gotten a great value for a premium complex so close to downtown (great skyline view as well as 4th of July fireworks!) with great amenities. Plus, walking distance to White Oak biking trail and restaurants/bars along White Oak Drive. Would highly recommend to others

I have stayed in Camden heights for a few years now and would recommend this place to anyone looking in the area. The staff has always been very friendly and professional. Michelle recently assisted me with with my leasing renewal options and was very helpful through the process. Maintenance requests have always been handled quickly and with proper care. The apartments have always felt very safe as well.

I've lived through my share of crappy apartments. Apartments where the management has been confrontational and only helpful up to the point of you signing the lease. But let me tell you why I've grown to love living here at Camden 1. Anytime there's been an issue they have responded within 24 hrs and taken measures to address within 48hrs. This includes leaks, dryers, and A/C over the course of a year. 2. They were AMAZING in helping me understand my options when I was buying a house and actually found ways in my contract to SAVE me money. That's right. They made LESS money by helping me. If that doesn't tell you the quality of service you get I do not know what does. 3. They have free coffee and cookies in the main office. It's the little things. Yes, there's a premium to live here. Yes, there's pros and cons to living in the heights. But the team and service I've gotten here has been better than any other apartment complex I've been to.

The neighborhood is great, you are right next to a bike/walking path and two blocks from White Oak Drive. The maintenance staff is excellent. They have completed any request that I have submitted quickly and efficiently. The gym and pool are very good. The Office staff have always addressed any needs I might have had.

The staff there is great. Charity who was my agent is fantastic, and made the whole experience a breeze. I would definitely recommend everyone go through her if you're planning on getting at place at Cameron heights.
