One of the most beautiful Greystar high-rises I have lived in. Very courteous mgmt team, maintenance team and Concierges are amazing. I love the views in my unit and the amenities are nice. Easy access to Bravery Chef Hall and Secret Garden. Valet takes too long many times and they should be more careful with resident vehicles but overall, I would live here forever. Management has made every effort to have resident events (COVID friendly) at off-site hot-spots and brunch on our amenity deck. Superior living experience!! Luxury all the way.

This is the absolute worst property I have ever lived at!! Not only is the worst management I have ever delt with but I dont feel welcome in my own home! The entire staff is so hostile and NOT friendly at all! I have also have so many issues with the valvet! They damaged my car and then refused to pay for it even though I have proof it was damaged by the valet company!! Valvet has also gone through my car and into my personal things in my car! I dont feel safe dealing with them!!! Im counting my days till I can leave this awful property and management!!

Staff is nice, grounds are nice, parking is secure and easy, elevators are fast, location is good. Weekend noise is terrible, especially Saturday and Sunday evenings, until 1:30 am. If you're a light sleeper, and need solid sleep, this may not be the place for you.

I toured Aris with Michelan Willie and the next day completed a survey that was sent to my email by Greystar. In that survey, I explained that I did not see all of the amenities. Michelan showed me the mailboxes & even though she knew I was not a dog owner or a bike rider, she did show me the dog room & bike room. However, I did not see the pool, the fitness center, or any other amenities that Aris had to offer. She spent most of the tour showing me things that did not come with Aris (e.g. Secret Garden & a restaurant next door). Nevertheless, I forgot all about the tour & survey until she called me approximately 16 days later to confront me about my survey. First, I don't think that Greystar sends out surveys to prospective residents so that the leasing agents can call & disagree with their comments. I think that surveys are meant for internal use & improvement. Nevertheless, Michelan disagreed with my comments and insisted that I fabricated my survey. Even though (1) fabricating a survey serves me no purpose (2) I toured the property with two friends who also did not see the amenities and (3) I took pictures of my entire visit there. If she were a professional, she would have simply apologized and offered me a second tour. After getting off the phone with Michelan, she generated a "tour-to-go" link to my email address, which showed the units we toured that day as if this was some sort of evidentiary proof that she also took us by the amenities. What's more, she knew when she generated that email that I would not be leasing at Aris. I will not be returning to Aris or recommending this property due to her level of unprofessionalism.

Great, clean and professional community. I have lived here for close to 3 years now and I have not had any issues so far. Both the previous and current management teams have been top notch and readily available to help. Additionally, My guests are well treated and we pretty much are all getting 5 star hotel treatment

*** New Update after living at Aris for 3 years!!*** Updated 10/16/2020!! I moved out of my studio unit a year ago and moved into the spacious 1 bedroom A3 unit and love it!!! The balcony and views are unlike any other in the city! Nothing bad to report as if anything everything has remained great or even gotten better!! We recently had a turnover of the leasing staff and managers BUT I am pleasantly surprised at how amazing the new staff is.. ( As I was one of the first people to rent at Aris and having strong friendships with the old leasing staff and managers I was scared I would not see that same energy) BUT the new manager Necole is one of the best managers I have ever come across (and that is saying a lot as our previous manager was fantastic). Necole knows customer service like a true and tried professional! She is amazing and so gifted with customer service and has so many great attributes to managing her staff by leading as she does and also the way she puts the residents and potential residents needs first! What a bonus for us to have Necole on board at our Highrise as many highrises have bad management, Necole stands out and runs this building with success. Also, the new assistant manager Stephanie is fantastic and the leasing agents Mchelan and Siera are perfect leasing professionals that will truly make your stay incredible and give you an amazing tour of the building with some class and professionalism. I have been a resident at Aris for 3 years now since they opened the building and I am still so happy to be here and LOVING IT!!!*** This review is on 10/16/2020. I moved in around October 2017.

Service is everything and at Aris, service is EVERYWHERE!! From the leasing staff and management, to the groundskeepers and maintenance teams, they take pride in making your residence feel like home at all times.

The elimination of the amenities on the 9th floor have left many residents mentally and physically trying to determine a reason why downtown living is a good option. Most that are still working from home. Small units, working from home with no entertainment and no amenities on the 9th floor leave us seriously questioning, why should we be here? Safety now an issue. Things either get better OR the rent needs to come down OR help us see the value ......

Top of the line staff, amenities, and location. I feel like I live in a hotel rather than an apartment building. The staff and residents are very welcoming and do their best to take care of you. Its a very walkable neighborhood and close to everything

Great management staff, wonderful building and useful amenities. Courteous tenants throughout. Food hall on 1St floor along with secret garden bar area in the foyer make this place pretty special comparatively. Highly recommend.
