Bridgett was so friendly. She really set the tone of a good first impression. She took the time out to show us around and helped answer any questions we had about the complex. It’s a safe an friendly place.

Juan Vago apt 141. Last Friday night I came home after work to find my apartment completely flooded!!. I didn't know where the water came from so Lucero and I started cleaning up the mess and trying to figure out where the water came from. After cleaning for over 3 hours and moving all of our wet furniture around the apartment to clean the water. WE SAW THAT THE WATER HAD CAME FROM THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENT. THROGH THE KITCHEN LIGHTS FICTURES. The apartments maintenance team was working in plumbing issues up stars. I spoke to the property manager Alicia Moreno and showed her the attached videos and photos of all the damages and she was less than helpful to put this into perspective. I wasted my time going into the office. From the phone call trying to set the appointment. The apartments manager was not very professional and even kind of rude about the situation. Her exact words with me on the phone was. I'm the only one in the office so if you come in I have to answer the phone and take care of people coming in. I knew from that moment she was not willing to help. NOTHING I REQUESTED WAS DONE!. I wanted something in writing that stated that we were not liable for any of the damages, that we did not cause. NOT PROVIDED. Let alone assume responsibility for the damages to my laptop, furniture and the inconvenient of cleaning up water damages that we did not cause for over tree hours. Her response was to file this damages under my renter insurance. I was a licensed insurance agent and I explained to her the repercussions of filing this claim under my own insurance. My rates will go up and some insurance companies will not insure me. And why would I have to do this?? If did not cause the damages. I am not satisfied at all with the way this was handled. And I most definitely will not be renewing my lease.

Great location and the management team is on point! Location and the apartment amenities are topnotch. The Property Manager, Alicia is professional and always willing to help and genuinely cares about your needs.

Before careful before you sign a lease here. Cars, apartments, and the office have been broken into numerous times. No installation between the walls and floor. You can hear your neighbors every move. Maintenance only does patch up jobs. The indoor/outdoor areas always flood when it rains. The stench from the trash you can smell all the time. The water pressure is horrible and hot water doesn't last longer than five minutes. The managers have computer type attitudes and lack any empathy. Alexan really needs to change property management companies.

We have been living at the Alexan Southside for approximately two months now. The community is quiet and the residents are all respectful. We have enjoyed the amenities. Everything is Class A+ including the leasing staff and maintenance crew. Our family is happy to be here.
