Stay away from this place! Management will lie to you over and over again! My bike was stolen from the bike rack provided by the apartment complex inside the "secured" garage. Cameras captured the theft. Management spent over 60 days stalling me and the Houston Police in order not to give the Police the images from the security cameras. From my perspective they are protecting the criminal who did it and don't want an investigation from the Police. Management works against the security of residents as they allow these thefts to occur and don't allow a proper Police investigation.

I have loved living here at the Millennium High Street and have not had a single problem. The staff is so helpful and nice and always available to help. The apartment complex is always clean, well kept and safe.

I've lived here for 2 + years and really enjoyed living here. Great team of employees from the maintenance to the management team. Location is great, close to everything. Great restaurants within walking distance and shopping. The apartments are quiet. They always do events to keep the community together.

I just renewed my lease for another 14 months. Great staff, great maintenance crew, great amenities, located next door to The River Oaks District. I could not be happier, and would recommend The Millennium to anyone looking for upscale, luxury apartment, living.

Going on my second year and happy to be here! This complex is next door to the River Oaks District and Bosscats where I frequent often. You can walk to Target, restaurants, bars and close to the Galleria and Highland village. Love the amenities from the tanning bed, fitness gym and the roof top views of the city. No complaints about maintenance and office staff are always helpful.

I am so excited to write my first review of The Millennium High Street! I have to say, when I first visited the property back in May 2016, it was love at first sight! When I took the tour of the property the hallways and walkways were clean and glistening, and smelled fresh! I loved the property even more when I toured the unit that I currently live in with the spacious closets, tall ceilings, and modern design. I easily envisioned myself living there and enjoying the amenities of the rooftop, poolside, and Jacuzzi so needless to say, I leased. During my stay the management staff has always been professional even though there has been 4 to 5 different managers since I moved in. My experience with the maintenance staff, has been great. And I can thank one person in particular Eli, who has been nothing but exceptional! Overall I have enjoyed the property. It is truly in a great location where an Uber ride costs on average of $12 to get to downtown and similar places. However, fast forward to 20 months later the property looks as if it has been neglected for what looks like years! It is interesting to me how someone can rate the property a 5 star in as recently as this month when the walkways and carpets are filthy in many of the common areas and have been way before H Harvey, and on any given day you can find dog feces in the hallways, stairs, or parking structure. The website boasts it's a "Luxury" and "A High-Style Urban Oasis"! We clearly have two different definitions of luxury and high-style oasis! These are pictures from yesterday 02/13/2018. All that is missing from these pictures is graffiti on the wall and it would look the projects from a movie! The entire time that I have lived there, there has always been at least 2 or more things out of order, broken, or just plain not operational, whether it's the Jacuzzi, the elevator(s), the gates to the garage, the security cameras, the grills, fire pit, and/or the pool. The elevator to the rooftop became non-operational around Thanksgiving. Whether it was the ghost of Harvey that caused it or not, we can expect that it will be broken for months to come. I find it extremely embarrassing to have guest over because trying to access the rooftop through the parking structure looks like a war zone. (These are pictures from 02/13/2018 as well). I have complained about the garage appearance and requested pressure washing only to be told that there isn't running water in the garage and the budget was approved and will be cleaned in the spring. I guess the pressure washing companies that have the huge water tanks only work in the spring and every two years. And how hard would it be for someone who works at the property to clean these filthy signs to the garage that we see every time we go into the parking garage? But yet this is a 5 star community where neighbors let their dogs defecate in common areas and not remove which is against the law!!! With all of this said and there is so much more, there is no wonder why the referral fee has jumped from $750 to $1250. I do believe that the Millennium can be that property that it once was but it will take a real monetary investment. My expectation is to live in a luxury community that is commensurate of the rent I pay and I don't think that this is asking too much!! I have never asked for any credits toward my rent, no discounts on rent, or attempted to win points to reduce my rent and I pay my rent on time. I just want the The Millennium High Street and the Dinerstein Companies to do the right thing!

I've just renewed my lease for my second year here at High Street and couldn't be happier. Office staff always helpful, maintenance guys are quick to resolve my problems and the location couldn't be more convenient for me with all the restaurants, bars, Ipic Theaters and TARGET being walking distance.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I have lived here almost a year now, and have meant to leave a review each time something exceedingly absurd happens, but kept thinking it was a "one-off" or wouldn't happen again

Very friendly staff. They took care issues when they raise. Great communication from the leasing office, email, notes on the door... they will make sure you are informed with what's going on around the place. The best part is the people staying. Nice neighbor and strong community, especially during the Hurricane Harvey. I feel very safe staying here and safe for my 7 year old daughter as well.

Fabulous operations team in the office and quick response by the engineers for very minor repairs. The property is clean, safe and other residents are very friendly. Amazing AMAZING location - just next door to the River Oaks District and Highland Village.
