Tenant Reviews for 500 CRAWFORD ST

I love living at 500 Crawford! Hands down the best rental experience I have had! Not only is the location great - close to Minute Maid Park, Theatre District, and up-and-coming East Downtown - the building itself is also so nice you can have fun just utilizing the amenities (pool, amazing gym, coffee room, business center, TV lounge area). Also, being close to Minute Maid is a bonus - it's not noisy (can only hear Friday night home-game fireworks and actually this is a great chance to enjoy free fireworks) and the area is safe since families come to and from the games. Josh, Aubrey, Crystal, and Stephanie do a top-notch job running the building, and are delightful to work with! I would highly recommend living here.

Love everything about our experience at 500 Crawford, the staff (Christal, Stephanie, Josh and Aubrey) are AWESOME and very attentive and accommodating to our needs. We have not lived in apartment in 30 years and they made this a seamless transitions or us. The construction/maintenance crew has followed through with everything they promised and any repairs that were needed we completed expeditiously.

I have to say that these apartments are unlike any other. Josh was stellar, has absolutely the right knowledge to place you in just the right home. We looked at many other places, afterwards, but no soul was as helpful and friendly as Josh. We are very particular about everything, and i mean everything!! Still Josh had the answer to all my questions. Stephanie, also thank you so much for all your help. In general we were blown away by the customer service experience & the such beautiful property. I am especially excited about the GYM, I can't wait to get in shape with everything in there; kickboxing, cross-fit, rowing machines, free weights, just more, more, & more. Guys, honestly you have to come & live this amazing experience!!!

I absolutely & 100% recommend to live here, I'm trying to get all my friends move-in so far. This place is really amazing, especially the amenities.......

I love 500 Crawford! The staff is AMAZING! Josh always has the most delightful disposition, and is a pleasure to see in the office, daily. This is definitely a property you can grow into as all the amenities are still under development! Bring your family this way, and allow them to spend the night in the suite!! Such an awesome accommodation that allows them more comfort for extended or even quick stays--has to be one of my favorite features!
