DIANE & HER STAFF ARE LIARS. I WENT IN LOOKING FOR A PLACE FOR MY DISABLED, HANDICAPPED MOTHER WHO HAS HAD 2 STROKES & IS LEGALLY BLIND. I PAID 300$ DEPOSIT AFTER SHE CALLED & SIAD THEY HAD AN AVAILABLE UNIT (the deception starts here) I ASKED IF SHE COULD GET HER DEPOSIT BACK IF SHE DIDNT GET IT. THEY SAID YES & LATER DENIED THEY SAID IT. NEVER THE LESS, SHE CALLED ME 2 DAYS LATER & TOLD ME THAT MY MOM WAS DENIED & FORFEITED HER 300$ DEPOSIT. AS I WAS IN TEARS TRYING TO PLEAD WITH THIS WOMAN ON BEHALF OF MY MOTHER WHO IS ON A FIXED INCOME. SHE TOLD ME I NEED TO LEAVE BEFORE SHE CALL THE POLICE. THESE PPL ARE COLD & BRUTAL. STREET THUGS DONT HAVE NOTHING ON THE THUGS WHO WORK AT UVALDE RANCH APARTMENTS. IT GRIEVES ME TO MY SOUL HOW WE WERE SO MISHANDLED. THE STAFF ALSO POSTED THE REASON FOR HER DENIAL ON FB. I COULD NOT PROVIDE INFO THAT I MYSELF WAS NOT PRIVY TO OR THAT MY MOTHER COULD NOT REMEMBER. THEY DID NOT CARE. GOD DONT SLEEP

---- the apartments the management is horrible Bernadine bad builded shaped ---..----- with her tired looking old stringy bald headed ---. Roached are horrible maintenance is lazy as ---- they treat you like ---- because its a low income scale apartment but there actually ppl that work hard and pay a good amount of rent what to be treated like ---- smh I don't recommend a stray animal looking for a home to live here. Please take my word reconsider your living arrangements. So many times I wanted to beat the ---- out of ----- that ----- will make you loose your character.

I just moved in these apartments Begin of March and honestly this was the worst mistake of my life they have a roach infestation it's ridiculous, they live mostly in the kitchen it doesn't matter if it's day or night you will see them everywhere no matter how much you clean and spray they will not go away I've tried everything. I'm so terrified of roaches living here has been a nightmare please DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!

I moved in 2012 first year didnt have that many problems. But recently i have had to deal more with the office staff and they are incompetent to say the least i put in a work order only for the maintenance to take almost 3 weeks to respond. And omg the roaches they are everywhere the pest control doesn't do much on the average night theres about 15 running across the kitchen floor and on the bathroom walls. The manager Diana has the attitude from hell and answers your questions very rudely. Other than that the elevator is constantly broken and people seem to smoke alot of weed which i dont have a problem just do it outside where there isnt kids around. Im definitely looking to move out once my lease is up

yeah right! how about checking it out during the weekends and evening? how about the horse playing of teenagers in the staircase and corridors leaving their trash all over the place, or the beer drinkers and fast food eaters leaving their mess on the stair cases or entry to the building oh lets no forget on the lawn and parking areas. Hey did I mention those who have car dealers in the area and take up 3 or 4 parking spot to display their vehicles for sale and makes you park two to three blocks from your home? should I go on? Ok it just the beginning and trust me I have been here 2 yrs. I know since I have complaint and have confronted my neighbors.Yet to no avail.

I lived in these apartments almost there years until I moved out. my experience was ok the first year no complaints. after the 2 year up until the time my lease was up that's when hell began. the ladies in the office are rude, and really good give to cents whether or not their tenants are living comfortable. rules change every other month. not to mention the infestation of roaches. I felt like the more I cleaned the worse the roaches got. they were bad in the kitchen, and they would get in the refrigerator and freezer, they lived in the bathroom as well. I lived in the building that had the closed in hallways, people would leave their trash in the stairwell, and sanitary napkins, etc. supposedly there was supposed to be a security guard who patrols the property, but he works when he wants to. my vehicle was broken in twice while living there, and the response from the office was to get a better alarm system. I work like they work, why should I have to sit up at night and monitor my vehicle. let me not get started on the rent prices, I understand the price of rent goes up every year, but mine went up a whole $200 from what I was initially paying, down right crazy. as far as me recommending anyone to live here...HELL NO I wouldn't!!!!

Ok so I might be moving here soon with my husband and 2 kids and I was wondering if anyone lives here and can give me some insights on these apartments.. Ive seen some reviews from some years back about there being roaches and rude staff.. is that still going on right now in 2013 or are those problems resolved? I like the apartments, from what ive seen in some pictures, i just dont wanna be living with roaches lol. There isnt many nice looking apartments around this area that fit into my budget so if these apartments are still bad does anyone know of some apartments that are good looking and under $850/month..

Im planning on moving in with my 3 year old daughter I looked at these apartments and they seem great for us at the moment because I am trying to save a little money and they arent too expensive plus come with washer and dryer im a leasing agent and i understand a property manager can make or break the property but can someone please give me a real reason not to move here if any? caz i know everyone has an opinion i just wanna know some truth here.

When I moved here the staff was nice. I never had a problem and my neighbors where very nice.. Then wh en I deciced to move out thats when t he b**** Diana started making problem with me. She lied and said I owed 2 months rent,she said my apartmment was dirty when in fact I ordered my own carpet cleaning and cleaned my carpet myself. I was on housing and my place failed inspection on Uvalde Ranch behalf not mines but they kicked me out put a storage in my name and stole all of my belonging that I paid for and had the nervs to say I owe them.. Im working on sueing this money hungry w**** Diana to court and take her for everything She own!! They messed up my credit and its very hard for me to get a place and things I want..but GOD doesnt sleep and the ----- is a LIE and she will get everything she deserves.PS she takes money under the table from other tenets and I will be calling HUD and reporting her until and invesgation is done.So I wouldnt reccomend these apartments to anyone
