The apartments size and price are relatively good, the area is centrally located and its easy to get to and from different parts of town. It is a friendly community of people who live here. The grounds are not well kept, there is frequently trash or dog poop lying around. The community garages are disgusting and there are almost 10 abandoned cars in one of the community garages that I have reported and nothing has been done about it. There is only one gate in and out that works, when i moved in there were 2 and now there is only one, it is frequently broken. The maintenance people are awful and do not care about the property when i moved in i had to submit more than 10 work request because they did not properly turn over my unit and then they said they completed them but they had not I had to put in maintenance reports 2 additional times to have all of them items fixed. Beyond moving in anytime I have needed maintenance I have had to submit the request twice to get them to actually fix the issue. The office staff is kind and when I have complained about maintenance they always get things done that same day, but it shouldn't come to that. While I do like the price, size, and location, the other issues for me personally mean that I likely won't be staying here long.

I really like my physical apartment. It's very nice looking inside and good for my needs. But over time disruptive neighbors have tainted our experience here and we are ultimately planning to leave this apartment complex at the end of our lease as the office says there's nothing they can do about the neighbors.

I'm extremely disappointed with my move-in experience. My original leasing agent, Briana Holland, handled my tour and initial information well, but the process changed immediately after I submitted my application and payment. I was misled about my move-in date and pricing, and the leasing manager, Crystal, repeatedly acted annoyed and unresponsive to emails and calls, as if the miscommunication was my fault. Once Briana changed locations, I was told the issues were because she was "new," which felt like shifting blame rather than taking responsibility. I said many times that I would not have moved in had I known how unprofessional the process would be. The only person who made an effort to help was Alberto, who remained kind and tried to smooth things over, even after I finally moved in. Meanwhile, Crystal didn't greet me or acknowledge the situation when I arrived for my keys, let alone offer an apology. This review isn't meant to upset anyone or cost anyone their job. I simply wish I had been aware of what to expect from this community, and I hope this helps someone else in the future.

I moved into The Village at Bellaire, Apartment 621, only to find the unit in a completely unprepared and dirty state despite assurances it would be ready. There was debris, unfinished work, and even workers inside who were unaware of his scheduled move-in. Professional movers had to be kept waiting due to this confusion and poor preparation. Throughout the ordeal, neither staff nor the manager offered timely updates or help, and the manager's dismissive response further increased my frustration.

The tenents throw trash on the groud a LOT. They also don't pick up their dog's poop. But the maintenance team is great and usually fixes things as quickly as possible. The front office has been wonderful, polite, and easy to work with.

Name should be changed to The ------ of Bellaire. Management here sucks and does not care about their residents or the property. The property is dirty, landscaping is not kept up with, littered with trash, gates are constantly broken and cars wheels get stolen. The residents also don't care about each other and allow their dogs to defecate everywhere and don't pick up after them so if you walk in the grass you WILL step in ----.

Always going down hill. Changes management like I change shoes. Maintenance doesn't even bother to read a full request before showing up. The gates are broken more often than they work. Loud neighbors everywhere with loud cars and motorcycles revving in the parking garage. Dog poop is everywhere. Some buildings are better than others, it's luck of the draw.

To be honest I should have known this was going to be a horrible experience from day #2 starting with the leasing office. Since I've been living here it has been one issue after another with no care to the management office. You literally have to argue with them just about every day to get them to do the bare minimum. I would NEVER EVER recommend this complex to anyone. Everyone is just pure lazy & you can tell no one wants to do their job!! They have a nasty rodent problem that they will NEVER admit to if you don't have proof. They have a mice & roach infestation here. I would say DO NOT rent here unless it is a desperate time for you & this is your ONLY OPTION! You will 9/10 regret it. No I WILL NOT be renewing my lease here once it has expired. Good luck to all if they trick you into leasing with them. Right hand on the bible this is the honest truth!!

Love this community location and it has good livable floor plans. The property is not maintained well, unfortunately. A key distinguishing factor of this community is its trees. They provide beauty, shade, and aesthetic appeal. The management has cut many trees down, dramatically cut others, and then not maintained the sprinkler system so others die from lack of water.

On the positive side, the apartments are spacious and very comfortable. The garage parking is also a nice addition to the neighbourhood and is pretty walkable. On the bad side, the maintenance is pretty bad. I'm currently struggling with issues that haven't been resolved in almost a week. The cleanliness of the spaces, the trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere, the hallways are dirty, it's not a pleasant sight. The gates break constantly have seen a couple of cars broken in left with no tires, have seen cars with full families leaving after using the pool. The office staff can be pretty dismissive, with no sense of urgency.
