So if you want to move some place quiet, with clean grounds, beautiful units and a competent and extremely friendly management staff (----!) then Hollyview is the place. I relocated To Houston over 3 years ago and I moved here blind. And I was astonished at the level of luxury living here and for the PRICE! I have never had any problems with neighbors or feeling safe... Everything works in my apartment and the grounds are super clean. The pool is clean the gym is new and always clean and the gate is always closed! ( that's a plus for me) You are not far from downtown, midtown and the outlet mall on 290(whoop whoop) My friends always ask how did I find such a great place and never even visited Houston. I would seriously stay forever if I didn't have to move to another city. Hollyview gets 10 stars in my book.

12 REASONS NOT TO LIVE HERE!!! 1. There is dog and cat poop EVERYWHERE. 2. There isn't enough parking because of the addition of the overpriced covered parking. 3. Dog park is NOT dog friendly because the apartment complex chooses to place large families in the surrounding apartments with LOTS of children who do not have any pet etiquette. 4. Apartment management does not know how to handle resident issues and is very disorganized. 5. favoritism toward residence who are related to apartment staff. 6. lawn maintenance is unacceptable. 7. theft in parking lots during the night. 8. false advertisement of gym hours. 9. cockroach infestation in all apartments 10. delivery services have issues with access to complex, so don't order any furniture or bug appliances to your apartment. 11. Postal services always mix up the mail 12. trash is everywhere in the dumpster areas, and there is no recycling :( PS. run like hell and NEVER look back.

Nice place to live. Inside the residence is cleaned, people in the office are really nice and maintenance are awesome!!!

I lived in Hollyview for 2 years and I can definitely say that I did not have any problems, the building is kept up nicely and the staff is nice as well, i did not have any maintenance issues at all, the apartment is a little small, but it is livable for a small family...oh and this apartment actually has upgrades... Dee & Family.....

Lived here for two years and loved it! Very quiet and all new appliances/ cabinets/ counters. Very friendly and helpful staff!
