I resided in this dump back in the 90's. We lived in the area where the 3-bedrooms were. I don't know if it was actual or if it was the fact that I stayed inside the majority of my stay, but I didn't see a problem with these apartments until I moved back in 2005. OH MY GOD! The gangs, the shooting, the fights, the drug dealers that deal in the washroom day and night was unbelievable to me. I couldn't get from the bus stop to my apartment for catching a contact from all the weed smoke. I stayed only 2 months and moved the hell out. It is ridiculous how some of us have to settle for less because we make less. <br><br>My kids and I were afraid to reside in the living room because of all the activity in front of our house. We just happened to be passing through the living room area when a hammer flew right through the window. Some couple was fighting and the female threw the hammer at her spouse. Luckily, my kids were not on the floor trying to do homework or something or that could have been ugly. I had strangers coming to my home at all hours of the night looking for different folks. I had gang fights occur right outside our bedrooms. One guy was packing a 12-gauge shotgun in the middle of the day looking for only God knows whom.<br><br>This place is not for those of us that cherish our family and our children. This place is not for those who want their kids to have better and do better. This place is not for those who get up every morning to earn a living and hope to at least come home to a little peace and quiet with dignity.<br>
