They work in connection with towing companies, making it a horrible place to live. They can tow ur car away if u park on the white line by mistake

Apparently all the good comments from the property are done by the management staff, that's what they do, they write there own reviews, cause all the residents know what kind of property this is. They write the things they have "improved" but they don't say the terrible things of the property. The management is the worst, the people in front are rude, disrespectful and careless. They just care about the money but when it comes to maintenance nothing is done. The property is a dump, so you should think twice before moving in.

I have lived here for a few years now and there has been a tremendous change in the management. There use to be no kind of ordinance here and residents could do whatever they wanted. The new management has put down rules for the better. I was planning on moving out at the end of my lease, however with this new staff I will gladly renew my lease without a doubt. They are making the building look beautiful inside and out. They are even putting granite inside some of their units. I now love living here!!!!!

I've live in theses apts a few years ago for about 2 yrs. then moved to out to Pearland to a new house. I Like the fact that no one really bothers you here. The people are nice and pretty much don't get in your business. I just moved back here about 6 months ago and the management has now changed, but I like they way that they are making new improvements and also trying to be concerned about their patrons and trying to make everyone feel welcome. I think things will continue to get better as the property continues to grow..sincerely from apt 102.

I lived in this property for 2 years. since they've changed management in the past few months things have changed for the better. The property is looking great and clean;they are fixing the outside of the building as well as the inside. They just opened the gym with new equipment and the water fountain inside the building is once again functioning. When this new management took over many residents moved out because they did not like change, the manager is fair but firm. The only problem that i had was visitor parking because sometimes my family comes from Mexico and they don't have place to park, but good thing was that they just added more parking for visitors. I just renewed my contract because I know that better things are coming.
