I move in here from California about 6 months ago and the office staff was very polite and help me with all my needs. I ask about security and rules they said that at night it was quiet. really appreciated that I move in into a community that I feel good. it has been 6 month and I called in for a problem in my unit they came and fix the issue. and someone from the office called me to ask me if they fix my problem. I thought that was very nice of them. thank you office staff

I move here from Miami about 5 months ago and would like to thank the office staff they were nice and took care of me when I came to lease at Villa Anita. I love it because they enforce the rules and sometimes, we don't like that. but my apartment is very nice and I love to live here. the office Staff thank you.

Moved here in early Dec. Fixing up the unit I moved into since it wasn't ready once I moved in. Since I moved in very suddenly I was given a written parking permit that was valid for 1 month. Well the holidays fell upon that time and I lost track of that permit date. So 01/05/2017 I go to my truck to get my wallet and meds, my truck was gone. I went to the office and asked if it was towed. Without any consideration or sympathy they said yes and that my permit was expired by 5 days..... I asked why I wasn't notified or anything. They said it was nothing could do. So now I have to pay over 200 to get my truck back when it was towed from where I live..... I can't believe the nerve. Especially when I'm fully updating the unit I'm in out of my own pocket....ridiculous

The office people are rude & they are not equal. They don't treat you like residents. They make sure they have they people back but for us we just get liimed at crazy. The maintenance staff fix stuff any kind of way and they say they coming back to fix it right they never do just lazy. The manager is never there or available. Almost 100% of the staff claim they don't speak english to avoid talking to me. I'm not being racist but i bet those of their kind apartments fixed. Plus the office decked out instead of fixing these ragidy apartments up. Remodel the apartments not office and pool. They quick to put a note on the balcony like people go out that way everyday. I pay rent like all the rest if not more for this piece of crap place. Y'all need to do better management. I'm calling corporate on that office. Wanna play game on ??

This apartments are the worst apartments ever. If there was a hell on this earth this would be the place. There's is trash everywhere, little kids running around without their parents, the pool is always closed due to accidents that happen there due to all the negligence. Very bad people live here criminals rapists sex offenders just look it up. They do not criminal background checks. There's roaches everywhere and they tried saying that there's no roaches and that if there's any I brought them with me when I first moved in?? Ridiculous much don't you think. They took forever to fix the upstairs neighbors broken water pipe that unfortunately leaked from the ceiling into my apartment. Mold started growing and they didn't care. My garbage disposal took 2 months to fix and they only fixed it it because I had to practícally yell at el señor lupe. El jotito ese. Oh and beware of the tow trucks that have an agreement with the apartment owners. They will tow your cars for any little reason so watch how you park. My car had a sticker and they still towed it happened 3 times. that's how they make their extra pocket change. So glad I moved from there's trust me when I say hell on earth has a name and place and it is villa Anita apartments.

This place is so nasty and filthy perfect for you if you are a crackhead, drug dealers run rampant, the office staff is rude whenever you have a maintenance issue. Mr. Lupe the gay dude will only help you if you have a ----, if you're a female forget it! That old hag in the front office is also very rude you put in a maintenance issue they'll take up to two months to fix. There's mold and roaches bug rats! I mean hey if that's what you're in to and hate hygiene come here!Loud neighbors, parties every day I mean if you about that life then it's perfect for you! So glad I moved out, and don't forget that when you move out you'll get a notice in the mail from a collection agency that you owe rent and other crap. Prepare to have your credit ruined. Oh and y'all need to stop deleting my reviews I WILL BE HEARD!

The people that work at the office is so friendly and they know how to take care of their good tenants. I want to thank a couple of people who helps me a lot Mrs. Gloria the manger of the apartment and Sir Lupi and Mrs. Sophia their are wonderful people and a hard worker as well.

I have live in Villa Anita for almost 6 years come on people this has been one of the good properties I have live, we have our ups and downs. But at least here office staff they listen and care about our problems. Love this place.

This is the nastiest place ive ever lived in i have so many negative things to say about this place i would never finish.First of al the manager Alejandra is a complete mess,does not know how to run this place they need new management as well as new personell that knows how to do the jo. They never repair anything i have to report the same thing over 5 times and thats to a point where i have to yell at them to get it fixed they tell you i will get it fixed today and never do. The apts are old when it rains water drips from the windows and doors carpet gets wet and they never wash it when you request it my apt will be fluded in water everytime it rained creating mold and damaged my furniture and management didnt seen to care about the leaking problem when i first moved to the apt they turned in the apt dirty and full of ants thwy showed me an apt when i was searching for one and ended up giving me a different apt from what i was shown i had RATS in my apartment i mean huge Rats I once caught one stuck under my sofa and would constantly find rats poop everywhere management never did anything about it tthis is apt #73. DO NOT LEASE AT THIS APTS PEOPLE IM WARNING YOU !! IF you like to live in pesticides and garbage go ahead otherwise thisis a verynasty place to stay at the apt is full or roaches and humongous spiders that almost look like tarantulas i once went out to eat and when i come back from the restaurant i found my apt flooded in water i mean from restreoom to kitchen all coverd in about 2inches of water the pipe on the toilet busted and ruined my furniturw once again management took 3 days to wash my carpet and stil was lelft stinckyand nasty you would see drug dealers walking around and the smell of weed was an eveyday thing they will reck your cars for thw littlest thing maintenance does not know how to do a damn thing and never fix anything and if they do fix it they leave it the same as it was

I have nothing but GOOD thing to say about Villa Anita Apartments. Sice the 1st time I went in the apartments office to get infomation I was well WELCOME. The office staff was friendly.I LEASED the apartment.I have no complains!!!! Since I moved in everything it been GREAT!!! I love my apartment.
