Great community with a safe environment. The grounds are well kept. Mr. Troy and Mr. Ernie are always helpful with any issue I may have if management isn’t available. They also have food truck Thursday and Wine down Wednesday which is nice for us to socialize.

24/7 concierge provides a great feeling of safety and the staff are very courteous and helpful. Amenities are super nice and well kept. Neighbors are nice and quiet. Management organizes events that help residents to meet other residents which promotes a feeling of community. Love this place!

I enjoy being here. I have been here for 6 months and I plan on being here awhile. I have nice neighbors and the Concierge is wonderful. Managment is responsive and helpful. I feel welcomed. The grounds are well kept. There is a comfort and safety about being here.

I can tell it's amazing very safe very clean and everyone is nice The concierge working their are very nice and friendly especially the guy who works every morning during the day and the lady and guy works at night too Everyone is very helpful and nice

I've been living at this apartment for 2 years and had no problem or issues with anyone including neighbors or employees. I want to appreciate all the Deerwood team for proving such a nice, quiet and well equipped apartment for all residents.
