Don’t move here. They bank on the area but it’s outdated and they’re too cheap to fix anything here. If you have any issues, they will mention the 30 years they’ve been in existence. Who cares, it’s 2024 you need to update these apartments and change with the times.

I like living here. The front desk and admin are very good. It is quiet. The new residents pay less than before and this has influenced the overall respectability of the community here. The general upkeep of the building has deteriorated this year. The hallway floors are in dire need of tiles as they are now worn and shabby.

So far it’s been a great experience. Parking is great. The staff is very helpful and experienced. The location is great for city access and far enough away to remain quiet. There is a park right across the street.

Moved in January, 2024 and have been pleased with most everything so far! The staff is very responsive, helpful and it’s nice knowing that we have concierge watching over us. I would suggest living here to a friend.

Ever since I moved in to the community, I have been very pleased with the staff and overall apartment quality. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it gets resolved very quickly. Would definitely recommend others to look into availability if looking for an apartment.
