I've been living here for the past 3 years with my 2 daughters, so safe and friendly it's like living next to family. The landscape in always clean and friendly staff. The apartments come with new appliances and new laundry facilities I love this apartment complex.

We moved here recently. Kelli in the office is so nice and helpful. She got us approved quickly even with a previous broken lease. The apartment is beautiful. Everything is new from floor to ceiling. They didnt hesitate to get our application process finished. Its very quiet and i just love it. Ty Kelli.

I have lived at this community since 2008 and I honestly can say that I am satisfied I like this community. It's convenient to shopping, schools and on bus line. Maintenance is great and very stable just like management. Despite the flood which is something that is beyond our control I don't regret living here. When I move out it will be only if my family grows or I have purchased a home. I would truly refer family or friends to move to this community. Staff is always available and always try to find solutions to almost anything, they are very pleasant and caring.

The Crossings at Berkley Square Apartments has several great qualities that I have personally enjoyed and experienced for several years. The convenient location is minutes away from major shopping centers, malls, schools, restaurants, hospitals, major sporting venues and freeways. The staff is professional and always accesable and maintenance request are resolved quickly. The Apartments are family oriented, quiet, clean and affordable.

The location is a huge plus factor as you have quick access to stores and banks. Going anywhere is convenient since you have access to two major freeways (610 and 59). The area is also relatively safe, the crime rates are low and I have never felt uneasy living here. Maintenance is quick to respond to service requests and the management office is responsive to your requests. My neighbors are quiet and everyone living here has been friendly and polite. These apartments are cheaper compared to others in the area and although the amenities are not the fanciest, for the price and location, you are getting more than what you are paying for.

I've been a resident since last year of July. My stay here has been very pleasant! The office and maintaince staff are very friendly and professional. Very clean property. Truly feel safe living here as well.

I've lived here for a minute, and I absolutely love this small complex. Most of the tenants have lived here awhile, and are friendly. The managers are very professional, and they take the time to get to know you personally. If you put in a maintenance request they are prompt in getting your issue resolved.The grounds, are very well maintained, and management stays on top of people keeping their patios clear of clutter. It's also a great neighborhood if you have children, as there is a nice park in walking distance. Quiet and safe, The only issue is parking. If you have more than 1 vehicle you will have to park on the street.

I have been here for almost a year and I love this small complex. The manager is quick to resolve your issues without any hesitation. The complex is small so getting to know your neighbors is not a problem. Living across from the bayou you can only expect the disasters that may happen. We were flooded but the staff was on top of it the minute the complex was accessible. The moved fast to either get us into another place and that is what mattered to my family and myself. I would definitely recommend The Crossing at Berkley Square for people to live in.

I lived at The Crossings at Berkley Square for 8 years and just recently moved due to purchasing my first home. Living at the apartments was a pleasant experience, the location is excellent and the staff is professional and very helpful. I felt like they were family to me. The apartments are convinently located close to key places in the city of Houston such as, the Texas Medical Center, NRG, and the Galleria. I still reminisce on the moments we spent at the apartments. I could come in late at night and feel safe. The apartment complex is clean and will respond quickly to any emergency you may have. I also enjoyed that it is right across from the Braeswood Bayou where you can take a jog or go for a walk. I did that many times! The staff also have provide a newsletter every month where they inform you of different events happeing in the community and when they were going to have hot dogs and burgers to celebrate the beginning of summer and the pool opening. I have to say that The Crossings at Berkley Square is a place I would go back to live in if I had to rent an apartment. Thank you, Martha Molina
