Anna the Asst. Manager was very helpful! By me relocating from another state she made it so much easier. The apartments are very well kept and the landscaping was really nice and I love the neighborhood. The staff was excellent especially Anna She was the one handling my paperwork she was very prompt and her communication was great she was really helpful thanks Anna!??

We have lived here for going on 19 years. There have been bumps along the way but overall it has always been a pleasant place to live. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. We particularly like Jorge. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He is very aware of our kitty who has feline leukemia and does his best not to startle or disturb her during his work which is sometimes hard bc she enjoys "supervising" him.

Do not move into Forest Creek.. pass and present Managers run this complex like a crime family. Managers have taken Kick Backs for manipulating the rental screening process and allowing convicted felons and people with a high propensity for violence in. If you are a law abiding citizen, Forest Creek is not for you. If Managers want you out of the complex for whatever reason, Management will hand pick these people and exclusively place them into your closet proximity to disrupt your life or cause bodily harm.

I will not recommend no one to live there the manager an some of the other staff is very rude they talk to you like you some bomb on the streets no ------ are in the office the had a very nice maintenance man name Sheldon who was very friendly an did a great job in your home if something was wrong if you have to call the police on a problem you having they don't like that you get put out Rosie is very rude she has a very nasty attitude also one of the other ladies then they wanna treat you like you in jail you can't be outside your kids can't play outside what type of stuff is that I guess they think everybody on housing is a nobody I'm not on housing an payed my rent faithfully they put you out for anything that's not how you run a complex with nasty management then if you ask for corporate call an tell their side of the story so no one in corporate would believe you Mrs.Linda was the best caring manager there an they had a mixture of people working not just a certain race I Will NOT RECOMMENDED NO ONE TO MOVE IN FOREST. CREEK never. ??????

DRUGS are everywhere! Drugs are constantly being done and sold in plain view. People loiter all day and night daily in the hallways and parking lots. Cars with loud music are constantly coming in and out the property all hours of the night. Children play in the parking lots with basketballs and hit cars. They are not supervised and are destructive to other people's property. Majority of the tenants are on housing and don't work. Multiple people live in apartments that aren't on the lease that the management is aware of. Management will let anyone rent without qualifying. Apartments and cars are always broken in. Do not move here if you are respectable!

Mrs. Misha has really been a blessing to me since she got in the office. Everything I needed fix are replace it gotten fix and I appreciate everything she has done her attitude towards me is very nice .

Do not move here. Demisha Bowen property manager is so nonchalant and rude about everything. You literally have to call corporate to make her get off of her butt to do anything. Her solution to everything is eviction. They never do repairs and she fills the apartments with people on low income who don't raise their kids. Forest creek sucks and has bad sewage problems. Tekia another worker smokes cigarettes in the office the are so hood. The little Mexican girl will try to hel but she hasn't been properly trained. Don't move here. Lease is up in June, I'm running. The laundry room is filthy. There are no lights in the second bedroom that you are charged for. They never pick up paper or anything. Pool is so nasty in the summertime

Horrible.. I've lived here for 3 months, and already had my car towed.. There are reserved parking spots, and the reserved spots change randomly.. WITHOUT NOTICE! So you never know when your car will get towed. And you have to pay $200+ just to get your car out.. There no "free" parking spots, they purposefully mark the "free" ones to "reserved" just so they could get the monthly reserve parking fee... This apartment complex is not good at all.

Since the new management took over things have really picked up! The office people are really nice and caring. I actually got the things that were broken in my apartment fixed after waiting for about 6 months with the last people. This is my first apartment, and I go to San Jac across the street. This is a great location for me, so I am happy they changed things up with the inside and outside staff are getting things done. I will renew my lease now (LOL).
