Nice , helpful & friendly staff! Beautiful city & pool views & convenient location. It's typically quiet and has a lot of nice amenities. It's right across from Hermann Park making it convenient ! Some people are friendly but most will not speak lol. For the most part, everyone just lives in their own world. The units have nice balconies and views.

The concierge and staff is amazing. They made sure the move in process was seem-less. I really love the scenery and watching sunsets and sunrises everyday. It was the best choice thus far. I love my new home

Great place with amazing staff!! I felt very welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. The entire apartment complex was absolutely gorgeous, and everything was super clean. Loved everything about this place in the short time I spent there.

THIS IS A GREAT LOCATION, EASY TO MOVE AROUND TO ALL AREAS OF HOUSTON. STAFF IS NICE AND HANDLES ISSUES AT THE BUILDING AND IN THE APARTMENTS. ALL COMPLEXS HAVE ISSUES BUT THEY ARE ON ISSUES AND HELPFUL. OTHER RESIDENTS ARE NICE AND FRIENDLY. A NICE ENVIORNMENT TO LIVE IN. VERY PROFESSIONAL. AMMENTIES ARE EXCELLENT AND EASY TO GET TO AND USE. COME ON INTO THE BUILDING NICE PLACE

The associate ------ has a poor attitude, seems like she is very unhappy being there and doesn't care to answer any of your questions. Very rushed and elevators are in poor condition but with that being said I loved the gym and pool area.

I love living here, What I love most are the amenities. The gym is always open and has so much equipment. Ive been here since 2023, this is the longest I've stayed at a residence. Of course there are a few maintenance issues but the staff resolves them quickly.

This community seems to be a real luxury escape with the astonishing views from the TMC, the nice amenities, especially if you are looking for a nice gym. everything looks pretty amazing and the staff is great. I would use update the parcel system for packages

Awful place to live - don't. Property manager doesn't respond to requests or concerns. Price is absurd for what you actually get and they raise the rent a scary amount every time you want to renew. Amenities are nice and that's about it.

Allure Hermann Park offers an unbeatable city location with easy access to everything. The amenities are top-tier, and the views are absolutely stunning?definitely the highlight of living here! 10/10 would recommend.

Week 1: Entered an Emergency work order on Thursday around 0930 due to the refrigerator water dispenser leaking. Never got a response. It eventually stopped. I had to use 3 towels to soak up and catch all the water. (Maintenance knocked on my door on 1/27/2026 to address this request). Friday, the elevators were extremely slow. Waiting 17min to get on from the parking garage. Coming upon 4 weeks here and the resident experience thus far is lacking and unsatisfactory.
