The staff and management at domain West are extremely nice and helpful. The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. There are some residents here who should probably live elsewhere as they do not treat the property respectfully. A lot of people here also partake in smoking, which does cause the hallways to smell

I was impressed from the very first minutes by how easy it was to schedule a tour and how clear and user-friendly the application website was. Each step of the process was followed up by email and the leasing manager Alexia was always available and responsive. The move-in process was extremely smooth and comfortable and the apartment was perfectly clean. The common areas always look neat and well maintained and I see the staff taking great care of the property every day.

My experience has its highs and lows, the location is excellent with many commercial spots near by and easy access, clean and well maintained facilities and firendly staff, the low points basicaly for me are 1- the fire alarm set off in multiple ocasions for no reasons and it keep beeping for several minutes. 2- the parking spaces seems not enough for the residents for each level then very often if you arrive home after 7 pm you have to find some parking space in the highest levels (visitor level)

A good experience with all aspects of apartment tour, apartment selection, application and move in. Staff very professional and helpful. Apartment was ready when promised and was spotless and looked brand new.

It’s a great place to live as the location is the key factor for living here. The management and staff listen carefully to our needs and make adjustments as quickly as possible. We have been happy to call this our home for the past 6+ years.

I may be a bit biased since I both live and work here, but I absolutely love it! The location is convenient, the amenities are excellent, and the apartments have modern upgrades. The residents are friendly, creating a welcoming community. It truly feels like home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

We’re new to the community, but we already feel very much at home. The staff is friendly and are always willing to help. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious.

Domain West has a great manager and I know that she’s doing her best , we had the 2 elevators not working at the same time, each floor only 1 handicap space in each end , in my end there is a handicap man so I can’t park close to the entrance,I have a bad adema and knee surgery that went wrong unfortunately I can’t park on the 5 or 6 floors because if the elevators are not working I can’t use the stairs.

The first day of move in the elevator was broken for hours. My apartment has zero cell service. I had to buy additional internet in order to make any sort of call from within my apartment (and my calls still get dropped).

Maintenance and the leasing team have had a great attitude and level of professionalism. Whenever there is something needed, they respond very fast and with good attitude, and were open to work with me as a resident.
