Fatal condominio, falta de respeto, no tienen seguridad, no hay tranquilidad. No tienen comunicación solo piden plata y plata y plata, no resuelven nada principalmente la señora de pelo corto se llama SANDRA. No lo recomiendo.

Keep an eye out for surprises when it comes time to renew your lease. The property manager Carolyn will increase your rent on the leasing document greater than any verbally agreed amount she might tell you beforehand. There is mold in between the walls and in the ceilings of those apartments from rain water infiltrating in through the roof of some of those units. The black and brown mold stains inside the apartments are simply covered up with paint but the mold inside the walls remains and may cause allergies and other respiratory symptoms for some people. Also, good luck getting your security deposit back when you move out. Carolyn and Sandra say the check is in the mail, but it's a lie. By Texas law, a landlord must return the tenants security deposit within 30 days of vacating the apartment unless a valid reason for withholding the money is provided in writing to the former tenant. I understand there are currently investigations by the Better Business Bureau, the Texas Office of the Attorney General and other consumer and tenants rights institutions into the Property Code violations perpetrated by the Hollister Place Apartments current management personnel. CURRENT AND POTENTIAL FUTURE RESIDENTS BEWARE!

Since day 1 of meeting new staff I have been very pleased with their kindness and willing to help me. I was originally moving out due to rent going up so much. New company helped me and I signed a new lease. I have been leaving here almost 3 yrs and no updates to anything. Since new company took over they have painted the whole complex, pool looks beautiful with new furniture and pot holes fixed. Landscaping is nice and grounds are clean. Huge improvement kudos. Every time I go into office I am addressed by my name and staff always makes me feel welcomed. Thanks for everything. Also security is back on grounds!!!

This note is written to express my displeasure with Hollister Place Apartments and BH Management choosing to not renew my lease. Let me first let you know that I have been a resident for 10 plus years and am current with my rent and have been current during my tenure at Hollister Place. I am an Educator, and have not had a problem until this year and last year when I made a complaint about dogs not being on a leash and a boy who admitted to keying my car. Several residents witnessed this and wrote statements that was given to the apartment staff. My name have been defamed and blatant lies put out about my character! It was said that I was terrorizing kids and my neighbors, these are flat out lies. My apartment was burglarized twice in the time I have lived here and both times my doors were locked with a key and yes I was mad. I lost an abundance of expensive items and felt extremely violated. I expressed my frustration to management and filed a police report which is a natural reaction. It is odd to me that I am being treated as a monster in the place I have called home for all these years. Show me the proof. I was told I have to be out by 31 August 2022. I requested an extension because my new place would not be ready by said date. Not only that but want me to move and wrote a dreadful report to the apartment complex I was considering. How can I move if you guys are going to block my transition with made up lies. This is definitely defamation of character and malicious unfounded statements concerning my tenure here. If I was such a terrible tenant, how in the world was I able to stay here this long. Then a few weeks before telling me that you were not going to renew my lease, I had to talk to BH Management lawyer about any questions/ concerns yet you rent me a garage. Makes no sense! Lastly, Connie Montano and Kelly Seylar plotted against me. Both are good friends and work for BH Management. Both told me one thing and went to Sandra Stewart, who is one of the presidents with BH Management (whom I've emailed over 50 times, I have proof) yet never responded back.) Sonia who is the assistant manager is very racist as well. All the ------ complains about her as well. I've never seen where the entire staff in one place are the same race. Hollister Place Apartments staff members are all ---------. The head maintenance, Treveno, daughter is the receptionist. The list goes on and on but I will not linger on with it. Perhaps someone who is not racist will read my message and do what is right and that is to respond back in a timely manner.

I am a current resident and I just love it. I really get along with my neighbors and feel very safe and comfortable. The office staff and maintenance crew are wonderful. Sonia is the best and very helpful! I think this will be my home for many more years.

Mr. Julio Flores would have to be given the best maintenance award. Every morning he greets me with a smile and asks how I am doing. He walks around the property and makes us feel safe. He takes time to get to know the residents and many don't do that.

Julio Flores definitely is a wonderful maintenance guy. He is always there to help and make sure things are taken care of. We as residents can count on him at any time. Even for a personal matter as a car not starting he is there to help

Well deserved review for Mr. Julio Flores. This maintenance man will go above and beyond to make sure the job is done and what's best to your satisfaction. He always has a snails and greets you as if we are family. Makes me and my family feel trust toward him.

The maintenance man Julio Flores works hard and is very attentive to what is needed to be fixed. He makes sure the job is finished and resident is satisfied with the job. He always greets and treats me with respect.

Amazing maintenance people specifically a man called Julio Flores. He was always available to help and got the things done quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and well mannered. This young man always greeted us when he saw us always a smile.
