NO RENTEN AQUÍ ES UN HORROR TENGO UN MES Y ESTOY LLENDO A TERAPIA DE TODOS LOS DAÑOS A MI SALUD, FÍSICA MENTAL Y LA DE MI BEBÉ ME DIERON UN DEPARTAMENTO APESTOSO A MARIHUANA Y TABACO LLEVO RWPORTANDOLO DEADE ANTES DE TOMAR EL DEPARTAMENTO Y JURARON LE HICIERON TRATAMIENTO para ser habitable, presionaron para que lo ocupara y que ya le habían pues la Máquina de ozono y jamás además no cambiaron persianas no limpiaron NADA Y LOS APLIANCES VIEJOS, SUCIOS Y APESTOSOS NO RENTEN AQUÍ SON UNA PORQUERÍA LOS DEPARTAMENTOS Y NO TE DAN EL PRE-contrato de renta no te atienden tengo varios email todas las pruebas y ni así son capaces de reconocer y tener un poco de cortesía La manager y la asistente sabían las Condiciones del departamento por que los de mantenimiento le Dijeron que eran muy pocos días NO ME QUIEREN CAMBIAR EL DEPARTAMENTO SOLO QUE ME SALGA EN LO QUE TOMAN UNA DECISIÓN, MI HIJA Y YO HEMOS ESTADO ENFERMAS DESDE QUE LLEGAMOS PIEL, estomago y vías respiratorias y ahora nosotros tenemos que salirnos para que limpien y nos dejen un departamento habitable lo que debió haber sido desde un principio Hay muchas personas que están inconformes y a quienes han tratado injustamente y nadie hace Nada mi lista es súper larga ?????? Les juro son una porquería

Poor communication amongst office staff. Management blames leasing professional and assistant for lack of communication. No accountability for poor communication or issues that complex has. I asked for a follow up for my move out statement manager told me that a follow up would happen and never did.

Parking - is get in where you fit in. Horrible, Assigned parking is a joke. others park in your spot and you call for towing - five hrs. later nothing happens. but they are quick to tow you. Pets - dogs are walking around without a leash, 1 lady ran for dear life with her dog because the other dogs were not on their leash and chased her. Tenants do do pick up the dog poo. Tenants - fighting, kids are always on the stairs playing- when they see you coming, they look at you crazy because you have interrupt them playing. Security - supposedly their is one on property- however, i have seen tires stolen, cars broken into, vandalized and when you call to report on their number- nothing happens. The gate is always broken. Staff- lord, if you go into the office and need assistance- they are the worst. you get an attitude for having the nerves to come in there and talk to them. When you put in a maintain ace request, you don't know if they are don, because the note that they leave says completed but they have to came back or they have to order parts. ALL OF THE WASHERS ARE OLD AND LOUD. You cannot wash without disturbing your neighbors. sounds like the washer has fell through the floor. I cannot wait for this lease to be up.

PLEASE HELP! Stolen off my parking spot 132 last night 12/07/21 at around 11:38 to be exact!!! if you see it or know anything please let me know at thank you!! Second incident that happens inside the gated premises!!! First a stolen catalytic converter & now my whole vehicle!! No response from on site security?

Clean & well maintained grounds. Trash compactor is emptied on a regular basis. No roaches! However, the entry ways leading to the units need to be pressure washed & swept. Complex would look nicer. Affordable!

Even though the apartments are nice on the inside and the staff working in the office may seem nice, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Once you have signed your lease to live here, the staff doesn't care about you anymore. The parking here is absolutely AWFUL and is the number one reason I am moving next month when my lease is up. They don't have enough parking spots for everyone living here, so they have recently made major changes when it comes to parking. My roommate and I both have cars with only ONE assigned spot. There are unnumbered spots, but they are few and far between. If I was lucky enough to find an unnumbered spot, I would feel stranded and stuck here for the rest of the day because I wouldn't want to lose my unnumbered spot. Even if you only have one car, the visitor parking is basically nonexistent, so it's stressful to have friends/family come over. I have had to tell my visitors to park at Walgreens, and then I would go pick them up from there. I could go on and on about how awful the whole situation is. The staff knows about the issue, but since they claim they can't do anything about it, they resort to being rude, unhelpful, and acting clueless. I promise you can find a better place to live!

I have lived here for almost six months and I love the community. The staff is great. They are always very helpful and friendly. Maitenance is very quick when I issue an order to have the light bulbs change or anything I need to be fixed. Neighbors are friendly and it is a very clean and quiet community.

The parking is great now that there is assigned parking. Since they have adjusted the parking situation, it is working out a lot better for me. I will definitely be renewing my lease and will continue to refer people. Oh and maintenance is fabulous!!! They come out the same day and I just love that I can enter my own services request on line.

The apartments was fine until they got assigned parking spaces now if you have a couple than that live in the same apartment there's no place for the other person to park their vehicle. These apartments isn't big enough to have assigned parking spaces their parking lot isn't big enough for all of the tenants to have a parking spot. Most Apartments have more than one person on the lease and if you have a couple or even three people in an apartment and each has a vehicle there's no spare spaces for their vehicle to park and they tell you to park outside the gate if you can't find a space inside the gate park outside the gate, there's not enough spaces outside the gate to park either. And what really sucks is if you live in building 8 or 9 you're screwed if you have more than 1 vehicle on your lease. I can't wait until my lease is up so we can move.

No recommended .. I had really bad experience here , if I can give 1/2 star I wil but I have to pick up one, the apartments looks nice, but the parking issue is a big deal they town the cars every time they want , no warning , I was parked inside where the visitors park and my car got town . There is trash everywhere,people are loud in their apartments, also in the cars out side, the quality of residents lately look trashy, people with dogs don't pick up their poop . Police units constantly comes to solve issues or robberies.. some of girls with the leasing office always have this bad attitude. When I moved out I got charge 10$ for not dusting the fan, even though I clean the drip pans from the stove they charged me $20 and so on . Also the rent is going up even on a 3 Rd floor I used to pay 825$ now will be over $900 for one bedroom. Do yourself a favor don't come here . I know it looks nice on the website, but is not like that at all ..
