It was cool at first but they kept complaining about noise i was making to which I was confused by spent a lot of money soundproofing my place asked management to talk to them and they pretended like they didn't know anything while they (management and the resident downstairs) had been having constant personal communication (each other's cell phone) the whole time. I would overhear them talking and even got homophobic slurs got thrown at me.

Great and helpful staff. Move in was fast and efficient. Only had to fill out application and wait for approval. Staff was perfect and would recommend to friends. Didn't have to jump through too many hoops to get approved.

I'm grateful for the manager's help with my transfer to the Ranch at Champions apartment in Houston, Texas. She did a lot to fix the problems I had. She went out of her way to solve the problems I was facing. She listened carefully when I talked about possibly moving out and worked hard to find solutions that would make me happy. Her efforts didn't just benefit me; I've heard she's resolved many complaints and made lots of tenants happy. She's brought strong management and leadership skills to this apartment community.

The staff here at The Ranch At Champions Plaza with the property manger Maria Delgado and her leasing agent Desi Kallies made our move complete. They made my godson and I feel welcomed when we moved in on February 2024. When asked to fix things in the apartment it was done right away. The maintenance came and fixed all that needed to fix, and when we asked questions the maintenance answered all the question with no attitude. Thanks the Freeman family

Don't move here unless you like living with roaches. Someone in my building is infested and I was lied to about an inspection by our pest control company. I've been here 8 months and still have roaches every day in my apartment and I get pest control twice a month, which is what's allowed.

Always the bad experience in terms of timing of the office, written as on 24th November timing is 9 a.m to 6:p.m I am here in front of office from 2 hours there is no one why the employee of this Managment company is so pathetic, unprofessional,always the guy and a manger always argue don’t listen

I am living in this apartment from last 5 years and before moving here our unit was leased by one of our family friend our carpet is almost 10 years old.. its super rough my infant son get rashes on his hands. We requested multiple times to replace it but money is more than our safety for this management. If you do some research and swot analysis then you will realize why they have less than 3 ratings. I am in one of their non renovated and non upgraded unit but I am paying same rent what they are offering for upgraded and renovated unit my patio safety fence can drop anytime and I live with our 11 months old son but management and the owners of this property is super greedy and trying to save money. In last 5 years we paid our rent on time even during financial hardship due to pandemic I borrowed money from my friends and paid my rent on time but when I asked them to replace their 10 years old carpet they refused my request. Multiple times my package stolen from outside of the door but still they don't have any security cameras on the main entrance of the property. previous management was charging 30 for trash service with recycling and trash bags. but this management is still charging 30 but without recycling and trash bags. If you are leasing any of their so called renovated unit then make sure to do a little bit research. I will share brief comparison and analysis in my next month blog post. If you want to support non-eco-friendly organization,If safety is not important for you , If security is not important for you , If you are happy to deal with the greedy management then you should consider to lease apartment in The Ranch at Champions aka The Champions Wood Apartment or at any other Pinnacle Property Management owned property. PS: Its 100% genuine and a honest review. please don't trust reviews which are on their own website they control it with modernmsg web based reviews portal.

Great location, awesome staff. I really appreciate the maintenance crew and office staff. My very few issues are handled quickly and with a smile. The grounds are kept very nice and the are is quiet. I feel very safe here regardless of the time of day or night I'm coming and going

Es una comunidad tranquila y segura... muy bien ubicada. Un poco sucia en sus alrededores como escaleras manchadas por líquidos de las bolsas de basura o consigues comida en el estacionamiento... son apartamentos viejos pero grandes y cómodos.

We feel the apartments were more taken care of when we first moved in. The upkeep has diminished it used to be a lot cleaner when we first moved in. Pest control used to come by more often as well I havent seen them around lately but we really do like where the apartments are located everything is close by.
