I definitely do not agree with the last two comments. We love Kirby Place! We chose it because of its good price and value. The fact that there are washers and dryers in the apartments area a plus and not all apartment complexes in this area have that for the price that you pay in rent here. We also selected Kirby Place because of the pet policy and the handicapped access for our daughter. We've not had many issues and everyone is very friendly here. The care team is also a plus and is working to create community through the events planned. I would recommend this complex to anyone. Location is fantastic for us as we were looking for something close to the Med Center. We just signed a new lease for a year for a bigger apartment.

I agree with the previous reviewer. Maintenance is inefficient, staff in the leasing office is terrible, they don't care about their residents. This place is totally overpriced. Anyone that tells you that the shuttle is great is lying. The shuttle comes according to the schedule only in the morning. In the afternoon you can never rely on the shuttle, because the driver Henry chooses his own timing. He is always at least 20-30 minutes late.

Just had 20 plus vehicles broken into. They take away security because they say it's not affordable. So are safety is not worth having security for? They start with over 20 cars and next will be homes. But everyone is satisfied and happy with the apartments. Please... the care team is doing what for this matter? It's about a safe environment. Many people don't need the entertainment, we want to be safe where we are living. This is unacceptable. So you prefer entertainment and washer/dryers over safety? Taking security away because they cannot afford it? Not renewing my lease here.

I've been here at Kirby since 2014, I love the location and the shuttle service because I work at the hospital. There was a rough transition from the change in ownership and management, but they have had an consistent staff in last few months. My biggest issue was parking and communication, but they have gotten better and changed the parking rules.

Great Location. Better priced than all apartments in the surrounding neighborhood. The pool & gym on site are great.
