The parking is always a problem, constant car thefts/break-ins, not enough security, roaches and some of my neighbors complain of mice. People who don't even live here are always in the pool. Police is always in here looking for thiefs that broke into the metro parking lot cars next door. I'm waiting for my lease up and I'm out.

These apartments are very nice:) I absoulutely love them. Just moved in a month ago. And I am a first time renter. So far so good. Everyone is friendly. Apartments are spacious with an awesome spacious patio. I don't regret moving here!!!! No bugs, Nothing wrong with the place. When i first moved in my toilet was broken we called down there, and they had it fixed within the next five minutes, so Great maintence:)

I have lived here for 2 years and I enjoy it! The rent is very reasonable and I live close to my job. I'm so glad there is an alternate way to get to my work place if I ever have car problems. Another thing, my child can actually walk to school! There is a crossguard every morning to cross the kids to school. I could not be happier here. My life is so much easier.

My husband had suffered a very seriouse accident and was going through therapy before we moved to Seton Chase. The staff in the office made him feel very welcomed and that was the moment I knew that this was the right place for us. I continue to work while my husband will no longer be in any condition to go back to work. I especially like living here because my family is well taken care of. Maintenance is attentive to our needs. We enjoy our comfort living!

I would like to say that i enjoy the property with the helpfulness,professional and wonderful staff. I also like the assign parking,faxing,vacuum cleaner and other things that are offer her at Seton Chase apartments.

As a 6 year resident at Seton Chase, I have met many neighbors. Most of my neighbors have been very friendly. Although I don't ask their residential status in the U.S.A., I know that just because you are not a US Citizen, it doesn't mean that you are here illegal. There are documents such as a Passport with a visa allowing people from several countries to come and reside here in the USA. It is unfortunate that some people are not well informed of these other types of documents approved by the USA for us. For the most part, I see that most of the people holding visa's, are very responsible. From the ones I know, they pay their rents and complete their leases. That is something very admirable and are for the most part of good moral character. Not to go without mentioning, we receive good service, have great security, and we live well at Seton Chase!

The street here were bad we had pot wholes but thanks to the new staff in the office that we have now are pot wholes got fix so is safe to drive around our apartments now. I love living here at seton chase apts

FIRST OF ALL!!!! The management rents mostly to Illegals....when I was outside barbecuing one day my drunk neighbor ------------------------- (while drunk out of his gourd) asked me if I knew where some girls were...I said no dude I'm married (Keep in mind I speak perfect Spanish) he said that his wife was in Mexico & he couldn't afford to pay the coyotes to bring her over when he came. he also told me that about 75% of his countrymen there were illegal just like him & that the property doesn't do credit checks or background checks...after an incoherent session of further ramblings, he passed out drunk on the side walk. Later my wife grew more concerned as more things started to happen like the incident with the yellow work van. These idiots tried to snatch my wife while I was walking with her from the mailbox. I had a sword cane that I was walking with for my bum leg for protection...when they started the cat calls I whipped it out and held my hands in the air like "whats up" and they decided to go back to their coronas. DONT MOVE HERE THIS ---- IS TRASH....OH YEAH EVERY TIME IT RAINS HARD THE LIGHTS GO OUT, PEOPLE STEAL ELECTRICITY & CABLE & --------------------- & ----- DONT GIVE A ---- ABOUT YOU UNLESS YOU'RE --------....(Their names sound like some ----------------------------------- huh?) I've also reported them to INS & ICE so I guess the Immigration truck will be coming through soon.

We lived there for a year because we sign a new lease. But as soon as that lease was finished, we moved out so fast. It is the worst place to rent at. POTHOLES EVERYWHERE. It's really sad to see the potholes and they're being untouched by management. They repaint the parking lines which did not need to be repaint, but they CANNOT fix the potholes. Management there is unorganized. They changed about 3 times in one year. People throw beer bottles on the parking lot all the time, so watch out for your tires. My car got keyed so bad and security was not available until recently. But then they would stop having security for a month and hired again when people would complain. Parking is so bad because of all the people that park there when they do not even live there. This place had a shooting beginning of the year and all of the stuff. I do not think they even do background checks. If you got $500 to rent, go find somewhere else.

My wife & I Lived here for 3 years & we really hated it. The back parking lot is a drag strip on Friday nights so Its a great place to bring your kids, get mugged, get drugs & watch some dude named Paco oogle 13 & 14 year old girls that are outside playing. Theres also the guys that steal electricity from your apartments & i even caught one trying to take the coil out of my AC unit. Oh & the management...well...THERE IS NONE...& they act as if they dont speak english. They steal your mail & things mysteriously dissappear when maintenance arrives to fix whatever is broken. (usually 5 years later). This place is great if your a roach....
