Power outage in my building for 17 hours. Still waiting for power.

I love it here! I lived here a couple of years back, moved out and had to come back! I love the floor plans and the new additions such as the splash pad and gym. No issues with noise or people being rowdy. The only time I hear my neighbors is right when they are getting home from work and that's IF they have kids, if not, then nothing. The parking could be an issue if you come home after 6-6:30. Parking becomes limited in front of your building. There is reserved parking but for a fee. In front of my building there are 3-4 reserved spots so I'm always limited about where I can park later in the afternoon. maintenance is great and quick! They also do a lot of events with free food which I think is neat

We love it here! We're on month 16 and are so glad we found this gem of a complex! It's not really close to much, but we think it's worth it - especially with a Walmart and a Target within a 5-minute drive to make up for it. We have a big dog, and big dogs are totally welcome here. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet. The kids in this complex - and there are a LOT of them - are really respectful and responsible and kind. The staff is very responsive to needs. They are really on top of things.

The staff is always professional and always attentive to our needs. Grounds and gym are always clean . Any problem you may have the front office takes care of it asap. Floor plan is the larges I have found for the price.

I love the floor plan here, because it's just as spacious as a house. The staff is also nice, but the parking situation could be better.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this community. I have lived here for about 3 years and management has always been great to me. We know each other by first name and they keep up the property very well!

The best apartment complex I have been apart of! The maintenance orders are always filled right away which are very few due to the well maintained property! The managers are friendly and always helpful!

Great community and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy. I love it here. If I can suggest one thing, A POOL area!! That would be great. Overall, this is a great place to stay. Daniel, the property manager, is friendly and helpful!??

I love living at the estates at hollister

We enjoyed our 2 year stay at The Estates,as others have stated the size of the Units is a rarity around town and a huge plus. The fairly recent additions of a gym, kids water play area, and fenced in dog park were welcomed additions as well. The front office is very professional, the property manager Daniel was always very attentive and prompt to handle any issue we've ever had. They are also great with taking care of the many packages the complex gets daily. Service and maintenence are also very prompt in handling requests, and keep the grounds very clean.
