I enjoy the staff and was given all the things I need in my search. I would also say I enjoy the list of amenities. The location is in a very busy area but surrounded by calming nature. Overall I think the complex is well balanced.

The actual property itself is nice and in a very convenient location. I love that there's a lot of areas in and around with grass for us to walk our dog or go on a nice walk. The pool areas are nice as well. The gym is nice but lately seems that it's not cleaned as often, you would think that during the pandemic the gym is one of the most important places to keep clean. The maintenance staff seem to do a pretty good job with everything, all request are completed in a timely manner from my experience. The hallways inside of the building are always pretty clean also. It was a rocky start when we moved in, first off the apartment was dirty. I'm talking dirty oven, dirty refrigerator with an ice dispenser full of gnats. The bathtub had scum on it all around and a very badly clogged drain. Just utterly disgusting and I've never experienced this before at another community so in my eyes this is just unacceptable to Have someone sign a new lease and can't even move in to a clean apartment. Some of the downfalls of living here is that there is not enough security. We've only been living here for three months and there has already been multiple car break-ins in the parking garage (multiple cars at a time) . I have only seen one security patrol outside of the building one single time and this was after one of the break-ins. You would think that living in a community that is highly desirable and where rent isn't cheap, that management would consider having security personnel as a must have. Another negative about this place is that we were sold on a unit from what we toured. On our moving day we come to find out that the person who showed us around was temporary and helping out at this community. Basically when we walked into our unit we realized that some of the features we had previously seen were not included with our unit (extra large patio) - and same price for the smaller patio we got, one of the leasing agents then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they could do about this because I had already paid and gave them my money. Nice. There was no type of incentives that they offered, they offered no type of help, only an "apology". I find it very unprofessional that the management team would not clarify before signing that the actual unit we will be moving into was not going to be exactly what we had seen on the tour. We were very disappointed that the management team didn't really offer any incentive or help with regard to us getting less than what we were sold on basically. Second to this, we've been living here since July, whoever is keeping track of the books for this community clearly is not doing a very great job. Just recently I was contacted by someone at the property who was " cleaning up the books". This person proceeded to tell me that I owed them $27 as part of my deposit. Apparently it took them several back-and-forth emails to tell me where this money was actually missing from (not from the deposit) . At first the agent was telling me that I missed part of my deposit and I was short. This was incorrect and after showing them all of the proof from my screenshots in previous emails, they said that the $27 was for moving in a day early than originally planned. This just didn't sit well because prior to them telling me this, she tried to show/tell me our actual deposit was about $200 higher, her information was just OFF! Red flag! Ultimately, I was told that this charge was due for moving in 1 day early. So I followed up by trying to get some clarification on if moving in a day early cost $27 or was this missing for my deposit.. Just for the record this was never clarified and they did not continue to respond to me via email. Very unprofessional on management, if we owed more money then we should've been told so on our move-in date. I've lived at other communities and have never experienced this issue before. You would think that they would at least eat the cost due to them making a mistake. Another negative about this place is that the elevators and the water system seem to have issues regularly. These issues are never fixed in a timely manner and usually take anywhere from 2 to 3 days to fix. I don't know if the system/building bones are just old and it just breaks often or the vendors just suck. There's good & bad about it here but for the most part we enjoy our little home and nice view.

Great staff and very professional. I had no issue applying or moving in. If I had any questions leasing agent was there to help. Also the tour of the property was great. The location is amazing as well

Overall, the apartment complex and location is safe and beautiful. However the move in process was rushed. No one explained how anything worked to me and when I asked questions management seemed rushed and annoyed.

This location is very quiet, peaceful, and overall a great area. The staff is very friendly, super cooperative, and nice overall. Jennifer and Sara were both very friendly and helpful during the application process. The units are extremely nice and insulated.
