I love this community because the people are so friendly, the meet residents expectations and will go the extra mile to serve and help you. I love Stephanie, Nicholas, Jeanalyse and Alicia!! Loved this community. Very nice and convenient area, walk distance to good middle and high schools, close to I10. The unit is well maintained with good bedrooms. Everything works. The staff is very kind, with quick solutions when needed.

The staff is by far the best. They are a big part why I selected this property when I was looking. Ms. Teresa, the manager have been the same since the day we met. It was like meeting an old friend. Ms. Kimberely is always ready to assist with any needs that may need to be addressed. And Mr. Nick make sure all fee's are clearly understood, and even when I had to go out of town, my rent was due. He informed me of the online payment process but for what ever reason I was unable to make my payment. When I got back a few days later, he received my rent without late fees. Never seen that before then. That's one of the perks of living here, they are willing and open to assist with any sistuation that might arise. Great staff and place to live.

Good day, I currently reside at "The Abby at Memorial", I have lived here since March of 2018. What do I like about "The Abby at Memorial"? 1. Heart of the prestigious Energy Cooridor. 2. The management staff 3. Reputable Spring Branch ISD 4. Elementary, Middle and High School all with in less than a mile radius. 5. The hiking and jogging trails at Terry Hershey Park. 6. The Floor plans 7. Scrumptious eatery within minutes 8. Quiet and tranquilé surroundings 9. The personal, warm and hospitable attention received from all staff members within the community. 10. Clean environment and beautiful landscaping to sit and enjoy watching the sun rise and set. 11. Great area for star gazing. Clear views of the planet Mars, Orion and many more constellations. 12. I have really enjoyed living here. The office staff is always willing to help with a smile, they even offer me things I didn't know I could ask for (like an electric air pump to blow up a float for the pool.) There is delay in the fixing of things, but not if there's an urgency and it's quick. I feel safe and there is a calm. My neighbors are the best I've ever had, including the kids! I would say that the sense of community is the biggest perk here. There is also a lovely park hidden away nearby that I call my "Mini Hermann Park" and Terry Hershey nearby to ride the trail with my son.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Abbey at Memorial, it's the best place I've ever lived. For 2 1/2 years, I was proud to call this my home. The grounds are certainly beautiful and mature, maintenance is a super !!!!! The office staff is so awesome and caring. Every time I walk in the office I am always greeted with a warm smile that would light up any room. I hope if you are looking for an apartment this helps you The only reason I moved is because I was transferred The only reason I moved is because I was transferred to Ohio.

I have lived in my apartment for 2 years and love it! The apartments are like new inside and out, the outside grounds are always well maintained, and the complex is quiet and full of very friendly people. When any problem arises, it is immediately addressed by the front office staff. Teresa, Nick, and Kimberly are always happy to help tenants and are a pleasure to do business with. The complex has a great support team to handle problems that occur after normal business hours and they are also a pleasure to work with.

So glad we found the Abbey at Memorial! Terrific location, family-friendly community, great amenities, and wonderful staff. Property is very well-maintained- the grounds are beautifully kept and apartment service requests are promptly addressed. The staff looks after the needs of their residents and fosters a positive, friendly environment. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment home zoned to excellent schools in West Houston.

The staff at this property are wonderful, and work miracles with resources provided them, and have always been willing to help even though corporate appear to be inflexible. Security has improved a lot, and in my opinion, maintenance guys need a raise because of the great work they do.

the management team is good, I'm living currently in the property, fine place need to fix the next: _ pest control is weak! insects too much than normal level _ some owners of dogs not control them in public spaces, and garden, in addition allow them to enter to the pool while the roles said:not allowed _ security: the main gate open 24/7 it's lock code system not work , high school students use the property for........... _ the pool water not processed well High chlor, and need to clean regularly
