Definitely good but elevators maintenance needs to better elevates services. It’s been told it was going to be repaired for months and still is down. But overall the living is good and very much good there’s no complaints.

Staff are really nice and helpful, specially Andres Obando, inside of apartments are really well kept. On the negative side: Stairs and parking garages smell like urine, there is always at least one elevator out of order, and unfortunately that really affects my living experience at High Point.

I love everything about the community, the staff is attentive and very helpful. The grounds are clean and beautiful. The community is very welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood is convenient and safe, we’re close to everything

Well, office staff are really friendly and helpful but the problem is owner which doesn’t care about residents. Almost half of the year we don’t have elevator and they are always trying to find parts which they can have spare in this case. Rather than elevator which is the biggest issue here other things are ok . I want to add Andres , is awesome.

I am abundantly satisfied with my residency at High Point Uptown. I know the management staff and the maintenance team well. I have a wonderful business relationship with all of people at the office especially Andres Obando.

It’s a great community with great staff and residents. There are many events that make for a more inclusive community. Would recommend anyone to come live here as it’s also in a great area with so many places within walking distance.

My experience with the High Point community has been amazing! I love how conveniently located it is, I love how quiet and clean the property is. I love all the amenities of the property as well the efficiency of the staff. Overall a beautiful community to live in.

It's not an excellent place to live.. it's just OK. Their janitors do a terrible job of cleaning the units after someone moves out so be sure to sweep your unit and clean the appliances thoroughly before moving in because there's loads of dog hair waiting to cling to your furniture and shoes. There might also be white streaks from whatever chemical they used to clean the kitchen appliances so be sure to do your due diligence so you don't get sick.

I have had a great experience living in this community thus far! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. There are always community events that help residents engage with one another which is great!
