THE SHOOTING (GUN VIOLENCE) IT'S UNBEARABLE I CRY EVERYNIGHT, CAN'T SLEEP. HOME LESS PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN OVER THE APARTMENT PROPERTY. THE CATS AND DOGS PEE AND THROW UP ALL OVER THE PARKING SPACES. THE HAVE PEOPLE LIVING BE HIND THE TRASH CANS. THERE IS A KNOWN DRUG DEALER THAT LIVES ON THE PROPERTY AND HAS BEEN SINCE 2020 (SELLING * TOLD MGMT: THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING). THE MGMT STAFF WILL USE PROFANITY AT YOU. WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE ...IT IS HORRIBLE

It’s the second time being a resident at this complex. The first time I am the lease holder. I was told by office staff a date I could occupy the apartment but on the day I was told that the carpet had to be cleaned so I had to wait. The wait was an additional two weeks. Once I occupied the apartment nothing worked but the toilet. I lost my groceries due to a faulty refrigerator, they won’t replace it. The tub needs to be replaced. I have to find somewhere else to go. They’re not paying for it. I would not have my dead dog move into this place. They don’t answer the phone so it’s resulted to emails which they don’t respond to in a timely fashion, this is truly last minute. Stop only move here while you’re waiting to live somewhere else.

Please don’t waste your money ! From the time I’ve moved here I’ve been having problems with rodents in my apartment. I’ve caught 5 within a week and one almost bit my daughter so I’m forced to live in my car and at family and friends house . They are not taken the matter serious and I’m honestly scared to even go back in that apartment they are everywhere !

I have been a resident for 3 years and the property is getting better. The new manager (Lafeyette)works harder and picks up more paper than any manager I've ever see. Since he has been here the property has gotten better overall...

I just relocated here from Chicago and I hate it here. I've been here for only two and a half weeks. There's a roach, cock roach, and mice problem. Maintenance doesn't do there job. You have to literally go to the office and beg for them to do their job. In the short time that I've been here, I've had to put in over 6 work orders. Maintenance isn't doing their job and neither are the office workers. No one is walking through the apartments to make sure maintenance has done there job correctly. No one that works here takes pride in their work. It seems as if everyone is just here to collect a check. This place is a complete dump and I regret moving here.

I love where I lived. Just need thing fix in my Apartment. This is a place, bus stop 1 minutes to get. Shopping center 10 minutes away. Just need to get things fix in my Apartment and terminate to spray once. A month. Clean the carpet. Been there almost 12years.

It has not been a good one, been here a month and still don't have a bigger fridge. My fridge is so small, even roaches has been found inside, don't know how tho. They not on time with anything, but want money, with hand held out. It's just sad. If u thinking about living here DON'T!!!!!

terrible i've been living here almost a year, when i first moved here it was fine until my house got broken into!!! poor security he don't do anything but walk around on his phone, the office is very sad and sorry also.. tons of mice eating through the walls running around your house... they really will come out foam in the holes since they are already lying about something else! cars get broken into

maintenance has been improving office staff are very nice lady's the area is very convenient everything is local witch is awesome be cause am a single mom!

Crescent City Apartments Leasing office is horrible!!! They have no idea how to manage that office. They are incompetent at best and liars at worst. I cannot believe anyone would such a horrible team in charge of leasing!!! Don't rent here!!! I will give negative stars for competency and professionalism if this site would have allowed me.
