This is one of the worst apt complex I ever lived at. I have been here for my 2nd year and the place has ran down. The grounds are atrocious and getting worst. The apartments have roaches, when something is broken it takes forever for them to fix it.

The worst community ever the management are rude and the some of the employees too.The toilets has flooded several times the dogs stinks everywhere in the apartment complex and if you have something broken it will not be fixed until a month. the complexs doors are always open so there are no safty in this complex.I would advice everyone thinking about moving to this apartment complex not to move, because you will regreat a lot later and you will wish that you never signed the leasing contract. It is a dumpster not an apartment complex.

Disgusting. The property management team has allowed drunk homeless people to put up tents along the grassy side of the parking lot. Management said there was nothing they can do. But they acknowledged they have NOT contacted Houston police. There is a tent city in the trees across the street RIGHT NEXT TO A SCHOOL. The management doesnt care about the safety of children!! Stay away!!

Run away run away run away!!!!! I'm warning you!! Save yourself from this disgusting place! I don't even know where to start. I moved here from Florida, so I didn't know many apartment complexes or what part of the city was good. So from the pictures, this place seemed affordable and nice... WRONG... I should have know something was wrong when there was 20 people lined up at the office and was complaining.. but I just thought they were crazy and went on my tour.. they will take you on a nice ride in their golf cart to the FRONT of the complex. Which is the only nice place on the campus.. when I saw the model apartment I fell in love, I knew it was the one, so I stupidly signed my lease... the office staff is extremely ignorant and uneducated and inexperienced.. they lost my paperwork and told me a date to move in and there was no apartment ready at all.. so being that I just moved from Florida, I didn't have anywhere to go, but live in my car.. when i was finally shown my apartment, it wasn't in the nice front of the neighborhood like I imagined, it was in the gates, the nastiest place they hide from you when you do the tour.. I noticed the grounds were soooo disgusting, dirt everywhere and dead grass.. there is more dog poop on the ground than there is sand.. There are literally over 50 cats that just walk the grounds and stare at you or sit on top of your car.. my apartment was "renovated" which means they threw in a new fridge and stove and called it a day.. so there wasn't a lot to complain about except the ROACHES and the air conditioning.. I am extremely terrified of roaches and I went in every single day Monday through Friday and requested pest control. I sat at my house all day waiting and no one ever came. I literally had to sleep with my lights on for 7 months because I was so terrified of them. I spent so much money buying every roach killer there is, but none helped.. it wasn't until someone recommended this special gel that really got rid of them, I was finally able to live in peace.. after 8 months of suffering.. the water is trash.. they're constantly turning it off and the pipes are always rumbling.. I'm always afraid they're going to burst on me because they always make a loud banging sound... there was also a time the water was coming out brown for 3 days straight.. I filled up an empty water bottle and brought it to the office and sat it on their desk to show them and they laughed and did nothing.. don't even try to turn on the heater during winter.. the smell of smoke comes out and it sets your fire alarm off.. not to mention not all of the air ducts even work, so it's really cold in my living room, but hot in my bedroom because the air doesn't come through there.. don't even try to find parking if you come home after 4pm.. you have to fight to find a spot on the street, where other cars will hit yours and you run the risk of getting towed.. so don't even think about inviting friends and family over cuz everyone will get towed... the washing facilities are always broken and steal your money.. I'm not a person to ever complain about anything in life.. but this.. this is the worst situation I've ever been in and I've been spending months just counting down the day until my lease ends.. I'm attaching pictures just in case you don't believe me

I would not recommend this complex. It has always been so so but competitively priced, at least in the section that has free electricity. I have lived in these apartments a combined time of about 10 years. The parking has always been horrible. Friends and family will be towed. They do not have visitor parking and barely have enough for all residence. The new owners have made it worse. They apparently thought it more important to build new offices in place of some of the few visitor parking spots that were available. They also hold water during most heavy rains. I have not had it in my apartment but many times I have been stuck at home or walk through 10 to 20 feet of water about 6 inches deep and many times up to my front door ledge. The apartments were built close to 50 years ago and it shows. The vents in my unit this time and the last time I lived here are covered in mold or mildew or something. Looks kind of like black mold. The washer and dryer rooms are constantly broken and eating money. the rent has gone up every single lease a minimum of 40 dollars every time. They are currently renovating the units but are increasing the rent by 100-200 dollars just for replacing the old worn out and sometimes dangerous appliances. The maintenance is currently horrible. I had to report my issue three times over the course of a couple months to get work done and they still never completed it. I gave up. When you make a work order they will get online and sign it off as complete yet never visit your unit. There are many other options on westheimer that are probably the same price but much more worth the money. The cost of living in this complex is currently much more than it is worth in its current shape. I can't stress this one point enough. Family and friends will be towed if they come to visit unless they park across the street in the target parking lot. They have a deal with the tow company and vigorously monitor the parking lot and tow in as little as 20 minutes from the time you park. If you come home late in the evening the spots will usually be all used up. Then you will be towed for parking in the only available open areas which were recently changed. I have been towed 3 times and 2 friends have both been towed as well. Noise shouldn't be a concern really. If you are desperate enough to live in these apartments then you should already know they are on a major thoroughfare, so you should expect noise, especially in the front of the complex.

I do not recommend moving here under the current situation. Why I cannot recommend this property: roaches, mice, and demolition of part of the property that looks to be starting any time. I was a resident for two years, and liked the location (back off busy Westheimer with green space and mature trees). The office staff was always pleasant and friendly. However, reaching a live person over the phone was practically impossible. If you wanted something addressed, you had to walk into the office. Other pros: fairly quiet, long-term residents , and an affordable price for my one bedroom apt which was very roomy. Starting about four months into my lease, I began seeing roaches and asked to have my apartment sprayed. I continued to have it sprayed monthly, sometimes twice a month, to no avail. The roaches would disappear for a month and then return. I did what I could do, putting spray foam in any cracks I could find, but it was obvious to me that the management/owners did not care enough to do what it took to fix the problem (I. E. Deal with the other residents). I saw roaches daily, both babies and adults. Then, about 6 weeks before I moved out, I came home to find mouse droppings on my counter. When I opened my dish washer, there was a live one inside. I bought traps, and killed 11 in about a week. Since the office staff could not be reached by phone or email, not even to leave a message (voice mail was full), I had to wait until I could walk into the office in person to report the problem. It took them four more days before they came to fill up holes behind the appliances and set down bait. Some of the apartments may not be bad, but there is no way to tell ahead of time in a walk through. Since they are demolishing half of Creekside in the near future, it seems to me that they have decided not to spend the money on the needed maintenance on the remaining units.

These are by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The most abominable part is that the management does not take you seriously. When you put in a request for something to get fixed, they are very condescending and blame you for the issue. For example I put in a request a my air-conditioner fixed. They told me it was a priority and someone would come within the day to come fix it. Two weeks went by so I called them, and when no one answered I left him a message requesting again for someone to come and fix my air conditioner and still no one came and fixed my A/C. When another two weeks went by, a month in total, I angrily stormed into the office and lectured them on their poor punctuality. They proceeded to tell me that in someway it was my fault that the air-conditioner didn't get fixed because I wasn't more persistent in letting them know despite the fact that I had already told them three times to come fix it. This is one issue I had with them of many another really big issue that I had with them was the roaches that all of a sudden showed up in my very clean apartment similar story I requested that someone come and fix this issue three times someone came to fix the issue and three times I still have roach issues. And the insinuated that the roaches were my fault. I don't know how it's my fault the roaches and up in my fridge or in my washer. It's just completely ridiculous how insignificant that they can make you feel. People who work in their office have no idea what's going on. They keep horrible record. They don't have proper communication with her maintenance staff. It's just honestly one of the most deplorable things I have ever seen and I have no idea how they are still a functioning company. There are other apartment complexes that are a lot cheaper and a lot more on point with how they handle things. Unfortunately I moved into an area out of California and this was the only place that I found at the time.

Run while you can!!! Why have I been living in these apts so long? I'm never here and it's close to my job. Would have saved tons of money just getting a storage. Ever since we got new mangement, this place has gone to crap! You can complain about your a/c, holes in walls, broken pipes, fleas, bed bugs, roaches, trash everywhere... just to name a few. You can do that, but you will have to call numerous times annnnd makes a few personal visits to the office. After that you will have to make follow up calls and visits to verify that a work order has actually been put in. After this process is started, you may or may not see any results for another 3 months. Maintenance is NOT a priority in this complex, but they will definitely come and leave you a note to remove chairs or plants from your patio because they don't like the way it looks. 2 months ago a pipe burst in my upstairs neighbors apt, water was leaking through my ceiling all throughout my living room. It took maintenance 5 hours to get there to tear out JUST the foam under my carpet. Was told that they couldn't get anyone out to paint over the walls/ceiling for another 3 days (which I am still waiting). I'm no expert but you would think that would need to be ripped out and replaced so you wouldn't get mold, but then again I'm no expert. There is still a sign facing westheimer promoting a huge gorgeous swimming pool in our apts but management isn't letting anyone know that they sold that part of the complex and that pool has been fenced off. Isn't that illegal or false advertising? Don't think that you should feel safe because you see cops driving through lazy hollow all the time. This is just a side street that they can park on or cruise while they're texting or playing on their phones. Overall, this is not a place you want to raise kids, have pets, park a nice vehicle, or have nice things. But if you have money to throw away and like living life on the wild side, have at it and good luuuuck

Worst Apartments Very DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU DONT WANT UNNECESSARY First off when I was coming in to see an apartment the manager was arguing with a resident but me thinking it's always two sides to a story now I see why they was arguing. When signing the lease 3 people was moving apt because they didn't get want they was told then after me finish sighing my 6 months lease I go to my new apt but the leasing agent BYRON gave me the keys to someone else apt then after finally getting the right keys I go to my parking space which is all the way in the back far from my apt so I call to get a space closer to my apt they told me no people are using them spaces but two weeks later I see a man moving in the apt downstairs they gave him the parking space that I was asking for 1 month of me staying in the apts I get a call from BYRON telling me that my washer/dyer is messing up the lady sink downstairs so I asked him how is that possible when I don't even have a washer/dyer connection in my apt and why is the maintenance men in my apt without my knowledge he told me oh I'll call you back and NEVER call back then 3 months of me staying here they put a note on my door telling me to remove the satellite from the location or I am going to have to pay for it to be move so I call them the next day to tell them that that satellite been there before I move there so why do I have to move it they said oh I'm sorry I'm going to call you back NEVER called back 4 months of me staying here 2 people got rob walking to there apartment so they let on a note on the door say they not responsible for everything that happens on they property now it's my last month here and it has been the worst I paid my rent online and I was okay with that but for some reason I couldn't pay the full amount so I had to pay the rest on the 4th which I knew I was going to have to pay the late fee which I was okay with that so I had to wait until I get paid again to pay the late fees so I get paid Friday which I told them that the leasing manager going to call me and tell me she going to lock me out of my apt if I don't finish paying my rent by this weekend so I told her okay I want a meeting with you cause that is not how you call people and tell them you going to lock them out of there apt because your system wouldn't take the full payment she was really trying to argue with me so I just hung up and started moving my stuff out
