I have lived here for just over a year and to date I enjoy the zocalo apartments management is very helpful and if there are any maintenance issues they are handled as soon as it is possible it is pet friendly and very well kept grounds.

The management team here really provides effort in making the community enjoyable and safe. Both Ericka and Bella have been super helpful over the years during my stay at Zocalo. This is one of the nicest communities I've lived in, in the area. It's a safe place for my kids to play with their friends. It's pet friendly and the neighbors are very friendly as well. My only complaint would be access to closer parking to my home in the evenings. Other than that, my family has really enjoyed our stay here.

Overall a very smooth transition. From the begging to the end. Glenda was amazing in helping me and showing me around. The apartment was clean and where I needed it to be. Great view and mature tree in front. Love it.

Apartments are okay, area is good, we did have a couple of break ins in our vehicle during the last quatre of the year back in 2023. Gate breaks here and there, our apartment got mold due to the AC having a leak. They would "fix" but the mold never went away. they didn't want to move use from unit until my partner started getting sick. They didn't do nothing to help us out and told us to run it through our insurance, but the insurance needed an incident report, but management NEVER got it to us!!! Despite going to their office multiple times and them and telling them in person. Same amenities have changed a lot, rules regarding patio are Strick you can't even have your grill uncover or else you'll get fine. Pool is always close have been a couple of months and already closed again. Gym is only open from 9am-9pm so if you work you only have a 4-hour window to use it. Besides that, can't complain

It's been amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are timely and professional. Its a Great community. The grounds are kept up, pool and other amenities are always clean and safe. Ive loved my stay at Zocalo????
