I said I was not going to post a bad review, however............Run for cover!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The apartments are huge inside, but that is about it. The manger is a person who comes to work and does not work. She is unprofessional, rude, lacks customer service, and lacks the knowledge of her job. Not to mention the managers mother sits at the front desk, like she works there and looks at you crazy because she's sitting a the front desk like that is normal (does your mother sit at the front desk where you work, if she is not employed there?). The fees for trash, pest, water, and sewage is outrageous. they hold you to "your lease" but does not know what is in the lease. The boardwalk it self is falling apart. The management made the experience worst than what it should have been. If you break your lease they find all the fees and minor things to charge you for breaking your lease. My car was broken into, while on the property, management did not seem to care, like it happens often. They gave me a dirty apartment and wanted it back brand spanking new. The car ports are falling apart, cats are every where and the trash that you pay to have removed is always there! Children are running all over the place all kinds of day and night, loud and tearing up the property. The turn over rate is beyond ridiculous, the only one consistent person that still works there is- you guessed it.....the UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER! I hated I moved to Boardwalk Apartments, if it was not for my credit- I would tell them were to shove there fees! **sorry for the grammatical errors, but I am a pissed of former tenant, and my rage is getting the best of me**

I have lived at Boardwalk for 6 year, The staff is great and I love this place. I have never had a problem that they couldn't fix never have a issues with and bugs or roaches, anytime I have called they have always took good care of whatever was needed. This property was under new management about a year ago and everything is looking's great around here no complains at all... I have referred a lot of people here and they moved here and love it as well!!!!

It's a good think I looked at the last review written. I was thinking about moving back to these apartments because I did love the nice looking apartment, but I had a huge problem with the Roaches!!! I was always calling the office to get my apartment exterminated, but they never did. I thought they would have fixed this issue since it's been 2 years and there is new management. I'm glad I don't have to deal with that anymore.

Toured several units here. The staff was kind and the floorplans are spacious with tons of closet space. However every unit I saw had at least 1 cockroach present. It is unlikely I will be renting there. That said, the staff said they would bring in pest control and I will view again after and update my review. UPDATE: Take 2, still found roaches. I will pass on these apartments. Again, this is no reflection on the staff or floorplans as those are both wonderful.

I am very upset by this place. We moved out several months ago and are still waiting on getting our deposit back from the company. It was 300 dollars of which I was assured we would get the entire amount returned. While living here our apartment was invaded by ants and wasps. Nothing was done for either of them. I had to get my own spray to rid the creatures. We also had our license plate stolen as well as one of the hub caps from our vehicle. My children never felt safe enough to go outside to play. Our patio was repeatedly ruined every week since the groundskeepers insisted on blowing the leaves and other debris onto our patio. I grew very tired of having to sweep it out all the time, not to mention the car washes I had to go through to get all the dust, dirt and leaves off of the car each week from what they blew up. Oh and beware of bugs. Lots of spiders and other creatures all over and inside the place. If it wasn't for all of this we would have enjoyed it here. I liked the location and atmosphere for the most part.
