No major issues...really enjoy living in this apartment complex And the convenience of washers/dryers in interior as well nearby shopping, freeways , entertainment and restaurants. I think there should be more available residents' free parking for safety reasons.

My issue is with my neighbors upstairs. They are randomly causing excessive noise. I've been here for about 2 years and I've tried talking to them personally but they don't care. I've spoke to all 3 managers that we've had and they do anything effectively to resolve the issue. It seems like the only option is to move units and I would have to pay 500$ to do which is crazy

Overall it is a good community but the use of illegal drugs in neighboring apartments where you can smell it coming from the apartment and throught the halls is bad. The pet waste left do to laziness off tenants not wanting to walk stairs.

The Marquette at Piney Point is a great complex with nice management staff. My three big concerns are pets, garbage & gym. People clearly can't be responsible, as there are constant emails about pet waste, then why do they allow dogs? Either start citing people for breaking the rules or remove the dog option all together. Garbage is picked up Sun-Thu, outside our homes, which is a great convenience. But again, some people abuse the service, and leave piles of bags out of their trash boxes. Wild animals like raccoons and opossums are drawn to these and break in, creating a mess. Issue citations for people breaking the law or offer bigger boxes. The same box won't fit an apt with 4 people as it will 2 people. Also, why is there not a recycling option? Other complexes have it. It is a waste. The gym need to be bigger to accommodate an apt complex of this size. Especially now in the era of pandemic. And again, citations should be issued for people that don't respect the rules in the place. Put the equipment back and wipe it down. Especially since there are cameras in there (I assume they work), that shouldn't be an issue then. OH, can't forget this concern... the construction of the walls/floors is lacking. I can hear my upstairs neighbors, sometimes loudly, walking around. I can hear sometimes the voices of them in the bathroom (not clearly) and the toilet flushes are clearly heard. Also. the security gates, when they are fully working and not stuck open, don't offer a TON of security. I wish there was a security guard out front of both gates, screening people. Cause people can let other people in as they are passing by, or cars can sneak in past a car that already just got in, if the gate is still open.

great customer service and easy move in never had a apt that made it so easy. Great office staff every time I have a problem or question they are on it. Thelis community is always on top of making everything looking good i love calling this place home.

I like this property, very clean and well managed , the property is well maintained , I really like the swimming pool , the gym is not bad , the kitchen is fantastic , I love the spacious kitchens. I recommend it.

It's very nice and spacious. They are pet friendly and the office staff are perfect. The parking is a little tricky but besides that everything is good. I seen two baby roaches in my apartment so far and my front aisle on my stove doesn't work.

Great place to live due to location and convenience. The staff is friendly, but sometimes they don't answer the phones. Pet waste in hallways sometimee aren't cleaned up. Trash is sometimes left. But a wonderful apartment.

It was truly a seamless process. Staff are truly a blessing. So helpful and prompt and very welcoming. Chasidy and Warren will get you settled and handle any questions or concerns you have. I will continue to give them praise because I've never had such an effortless experience.

Overall we've had a very good experience at this community and would recommend it to family and friends. The only problem we've had is with noisy kids living in the apartment right above ours but that is expected.
