It has been a mixed experience i would say the community as a whole i improved in my time there but still the crime rate has not dropped much thou crime is everywhere. Id say its been a ok experience over all i wish it was not so expensive thou.

We didn't like to see the raccoons that used to eat from the trash container poisoned and dying around the property. They messed my trash bag up a couple of times, but as far as I know they were not a safety problem. But still we keep on seeing cars with broken windows, more than 10 in two years.

I have lived here for going on 4 years now and have very much enjoyed all the different aspects of this community. The staff are super helpful and accessible, and any maintenance issues get taken care of promptly. I like the ease of access to anywhere in the city from this location, and yet it is affordable.

My car was broken into (driver window smashed) and my purse was stolen. My apartment key and gate key were inside my purse. I was told that the gate key would not be replaced without a police report, but the locks to my apartment would be changed. To date, nothing has been done.

Our experience living in this community has been very satisfactory, however I would like there to be a space for children to play and solve the problem of parking spaces, because when arriving very late there is never any space available near our building
