Life at the community has been over all a pleasant experience. The residents have been friendly and easy to get along with. Maintenance is a little slow at times, but the issues are resolved. The office staff is very professional and helpful.

I have been a resident of Falls CopperLake for 2 years. My experience overall has been good. My only problem has been an ongoing issue with ants. The apartments have not been updated and there are increases in fees with fewer benefits. The current apartment management staff is kind, professional, responsive, and friendly.

Amazing customer service and support. Very responsive. The staff always goes above and beyond. The property is nice and I like our floor plan. I feel safe on this property. It is close to my job so that's a plus.

Pros: The apartments at falls at copper lake are very convenient and fairly priced for what you get. They do keep up with the property pretty well. I hardly see it dirty. Their office staff is nice and understanding. Cons: The community is nice but there is constant speeding, burn outs, and even people doing donuts in the area. Like right next to other people's parked vehicles. The gym always has broken cables machine and I feel like the community room never feels open. It always is short staffed in the office making something that would be a quick fix or quick question take about 20 minutes. The key fobs always have to be reset very often because for some reason they will lose connection to open the gates and doors.
