Able to accommodate an early and quick move-in. The apartment space is large and clean when moved in at the start of July. From then there's been minor situations such as lack of availability in the office and short amenity hours. Management is quick to respond to reviews and phone calls. After expressing any concerns, the Business Manager tries to help you with finding a solution. Another example - I have had my car towed from the site, and was not aware (lack of communication) as I had emailed the office. I understand their policy, but wished I had more communication as they have my vehicle info. I do appreciate their efforts in resolving the issue as best they can to offering an onsite garage to store my vehicle - which I wish they offered me sooner (before the tow). However - I would definitely recommend you to stay at 91Fifty as the community is gorgeous aside from my personal experiences with the staff.

TIRES STOLEN, NO SECURITY, GATE NOT PROPERLY FUNCTIONING, NO PARKING FOR RESIDENTS, WRONGFUL TOWING, MOLD, NO CORPORATE OFFICE TO INFLICT CHANGE. I have lived here for two years. The first year was great but when they changed management everything went down hill. The leasing office does not seem to care for the residents anymore, specifically the manager Jeff Davis. No one ever answers the phone when you call, though they are in the office. When in need of assistance, the manager Jeff will close office door and leave you standing there waiting until he see's that you are not leaving until you get help. This has happened multiple times. I can never get a hold of them anymore which makes it super inconvenient. I also have had a mold problem that persist and will not assist with. Also the parking is just terrible, there is barely enough parking for the residents but now that they are allowing for nonresidents to park many other residents now have to park outside of the gate and walk all the way to their apartments, just to walk out to see that their Tires have been stolen. A year ago I would have recommended this property but now I wouldn't. These are very beautiful apartments but it is not worth the money with all you will have to deal with. I am not the one to complain but this will be my last year staying here. Please do not rent with this property.

Everything with this complex and management is smoke and mirrors. Everything looks great online, but when you live here, its a completely different story.. If you like: crime like your car being broken into as well as put on blocks, no parking spots ever available even with parking passes and a signed lease, if you like your car being broken into because their is no security here, if you like neighbors who are lazy pet owners and chase their dog around at all hours, if you like neighbors who let their garbage sit out for DAYS as well as a smelly and disgusting entry way because of it, gates that never work and hit your car, and a trashed disgusting complex- 91fifty is for you! There is a new management complex here and they're the worst. This complex has gone to hell and will continue to go to hell because of the complex manager and his lack of caring as well as lack of management skills. There is no security and the people they rent to have no manners and no common courtesy for others around them, my college dorm was more peaceful and quiet than this building. Do your self a favor, AND DO NOT MOVE HERE, not worth the constant noise, stress and definitely not worth the money!

Please dont move here. Maintenance was called to repair my refrigerator. On the online maintenance request form I explicitly did not give them permission to enter because I knew that I would be home and did not want anyone walking in on me. The next day they arrived as I had just stepped out of the shower. They knocked and in less than a minute and before I could get decent, the maintenance guy entered my locked apartment. When I addressed this with him he got angry and said that he had hearing issues and that I could call management which I did but they were no more understanding saying that the maintenance huy was there to "help me"1 and that regardless of the fact that i did not give them permission to enter, that they had the right to do so. When I tried to explain further, management abruptly cut me off while speaking and asked in a hostile manner, "so what do you want me to do". They refused to even recognize at minimum, the uncomfortable situation that I was put in and did not even suggest addressing the issue with the employee so as to prevent this happening again. When you pay as much for rent as they charge here, you expect better. I normally dont write reviews like this, but given the situation I see no other way to address my complaint. Bottomline, unless you are comfortable with being violated dont move here.

Moved in almost two years ago, loved it! However when the new mgmt company took over, it went down hill fast! Unresponsive, they couldn't care less about who moves in here or what the residents do. Gates are constantly broken, leading to car burglaries and stolen tires. Residents openly have gas and charcoal grills on balconies (fire hazard anyone). Routine pest control no longer happens and the bugs are getting out of hand. Don't even try parking unless you have a covered spot or garage. Packages you may not realized were being delivered sit in the office and they refuse to notify you, say "not their responsibility". Old mgmt company would call or send a text message (automated service) to let you know. This place had real potential. Thank God my lease is up in two weeks!!!!!

I thought this place was great - boy was I wrong. The staff is extremely RUDE so good luck asking them for anything. The maintenance guy was so rude one night when he had to come here after hours to see why I lost all electric to my place and I just had moved in and this was during the cold months and it was one of the coldest nights we had had last Nov/Dec. He then tells me its because I was running my heater, washer and dryer at the same time. UMMMM, excuse me???? I'm sorry but I pay 1534.00 for a 2 bedroom and your telling me I can't run these 3 things at the same time so I need to choose what one I want first? He literally said to me YES.... and that he doesn't know why I lost all power he doesn't see anything wrong unless its on the main box downstairs but its too windy and cold for him to check it will have to wait to morning. I WAS LIVID... He was just too dang lazy... Come to find out the main box had a huge issue so it wasn't me running my heater, dryer and washer at the same time... Who ever installed this particular box for my area of apartments had the wrong size equipment installed.

Noise- So close to hwy 6 it does get loud. Apartments are poorly built- no noise barriers. I've had the worst luck with the upstairs neighboors and their noise level and management does not address my concerns. Grounds- not enough green areas and a large number of irresponsible pet owners. Gated community- but the gates are always broken. Parking is now bad... after 4 or so you have to park far. Nice neighborhood close to shops, restaurants and close to freeway. Staff- when I first moved the customer service was great. Management changed and now its so difficult to get them to answer the phone, office at time is closed before the schedule hours and have seen the office closed without any notifications. There is no more calls to notify of packages. Overall I do not recomment this place it is NoT worth the money you have to pay to live here!! Do not be impressed by the nice appliances, counters and lighting... like I did.

Looks great on website, but not so much in person. Very overpriced. Be careful. They are required to pay at the beginning Bond - $ 175.00,Administration fee - $ 175.00,Application fee - $110.00.My rent for one bedroom apartment was $ 1450.00. I would not suggest anyone to move here.Gate always broke and hit my car. Office workers are not helpful.Assistant manager is rude and simply ignore you.I lived there for 3 months in total stress I do not recommend this apartment at all. Stay away.

Remotes or gates always broke or not working. When we approached the entrance gate of the apartment complex, the gate was opened with no vehicles around. We stopped at the gate entrance and push the gate open button of the key remote control. As we were passing through the gate, the gate suddenly began to close and hit our car. We went to the office to find out what happened with the gate but the manager on duty was busy. She sent her assistant to fix the gate. He open a gate motor housing and repaired the malfunctioning gate. We called the police and after the police officer arrived, the proper report was filed. We tried to negotiate with them but they ignore all our requests, and simply do not respond to them. That was not a first time we were mistreated at the management office We believe for the monthly rent of 1450.00 for one-bedroom apartment we could have a bit of respect but eventually we made a decision to move to a different apartment complex. These apartments are HORRIBLE.
