Love love living here ! Great location. Beautiful units! Most of all staff is amazing. Shannon and Dominique make you feel welcome and at home. They take care of business and are very helpful ! The Repair and Maintenance team surpasses any other apartment complex I have lived in here in Houston.

Visiting a friend's luxury apartment over the weekend has reaffirmed the reasons I love my ACW community. The safety, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff are the reasons that I continue to renew my lease each year. Thank you Dominique, Shannon and Cash for maintaining a community that I'm proud to be apart of!

I have lived here for one year. I have to say that the maintenance team and office staff are very on top of things. I've enjoyed my year here and I recommend this location for anyone that wants to live in a place that is close to everything in Houston and an even greater environment to live in. The leasing process is very easy and my leasing agent Shannon, she was available every step of the way. The manager Dominique was friendly and eager to help as well. Thank you Alta City West for the customer service and greatest community experience to be apart of.

The staff was very helpful! I moved from out of town and Dominique walked me through the entire process. He was so patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. I am so thankful for him. When I got in town and saw my actual unit, I could not have been happier, this place is GORGEOUS!!! Thank you Dominique for making my move so painless.

I've been a resident at Alta City West for 5 months now. Property Manager, Dominque Sauls is friendly and professional. Dominque's staff is just as professional as he is. Shannon is professional and a sweetheart. I had a lot of boxes delivered that I couldn't take all at once because I live on a higher floor. She went to her apartment and allowed me to use her personal dolly and also helped me up to my apartment. That's what I call going above and beyond. Cash Sontiel is also amazing. He was the first person I met when I moved in. Cash took care of me. Anything I needed that weekend and even after, Cash made it clear to me that he was here for me and was available all weekend. And he was! The maintenance staff is like no other I've experienced. Miguel and Humberto are professional and has personality! I had to call them on 2 occasions because of something I couldn't figure out myself lol. The work order was handled promptly and well before 24 hours. When I see them around the property they ALWAYS speak (good morning/good evening). Norma does an exquisite job of keeping the property clean. Hallways always smell fresh and clean. Overall my experience at Alta City West has exceeded my expectations. Professional staff and a beautiful well kept property. I have zero complaints. I love it here. I actually enjoy coming home which is a big deal for me because I hated my apartment community in LA. So don't believe the hype! Check out Alta City West for yourself. I promise you wont be disappointed :-)

I stopped by this property in order to gain information. I was advised of everything I needed and the staff was quick to fit me in, even though I stopped by randomly. Hopefully I'll lease here. The office manager was nice when I went last week and the building was nice and clean.

I've lived at Alta City West for almost two years and I love the community. Parking is somewhat of an issue but with new management things are definitely improving. I'm looking forward to another year here!

My wife and I toured here recently with the manager Dominique. We loved the property and all of the amenities and how quaint the community was. We could definitely see our family here. The one drawback and ultimately the determining factor was the lack of green space at the community and in the area. Being from Portland this was big for us. Nonetheless I recommend this property to anyone looking in the area looking for outstanding management and a small, upscale community.

I love living here because of the people in the office. Dominique and Shannon are so friendly and make me feel like a true part of the Alta City West family. The apartments are modern and updated, AND in the heart of the city. I will definitely be here until I purchase a condo. Thank you again Team for making me feel so at home here.
